I have read the website and have been reading Book 1 as you told me to do. i am building up courage to try to the fast but its a mind over matter thing and i'll get there. My plan is to get rid of parasites and clean my colon, do a Liver Flush and then use your tonics after that, no more flushes after the first and also need the Air Restore to clean out my lungs and get rid of my wheezing and sinusitis and congestion etc. Can I do the Air Restore witnh the LBB and DeWormer or not? I mean what order should I do everything? I am trying to totally clean myself and improve my health. I use to be a heavy smoker and drinker so I know that my body, especially my lungs, are messed up and I can feel that in just one flight of stairs if i walk one block. Let me know what order should i do the stuff. I did the Oxypowder and paratrex and threelac protocol. i know the threelac was good but the other 2, i have my questions about.
