The 108 cup lady, if anyone remembers, has the dad that has been near dead all of 2008, in and out of the home/hospitals/doctors and then lastly sent up to die stating he only had 1/3 of 1 lung left.
If anyone remembers, when she delivered the last of the 108 cups, i gave her some Longevity Spices, Air Restore and all 3 of the herb sprays.
She called yesterday and told brenda, "you won't believe this, my dad is at the local mall shopping with my mother!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! something they never could have believed could happen; they didn't think it possible that he could leave the house again except in a body bag.

It is always cool to see the chronically ill seek something natural. They seldom do more than it takes to get 1-2 more years of life, but I am always hoping one will come along that does a 100% change and desides to not die.
I still 100% believe these same herbs used externally may end up being the greatest way yet in herbal history for people that just don't like the taste of taking large dose herbs internally.

Would be nice to go fishing, but it seems like I always have 10 things to do and Brenda is off with the kids with sports and school stuff which makes life is busier through out the school time of the year. Summer never slowed down.

The schooling, which includes this forum, does help some and once in awhile they e-mail to let me know they are out there!
The school was first on paper, then cd, now online and hopefully on dvd in the near future. People close to cities are able to have cable internet, otherwise dsl and phone lines just don't allow most to watch videos very easily. Hopefully when the school goes to dvd lessons, it will be the best improvement yet! Hopefully by 2008.

I've been reading your messages since you first came to Curezone. I probably have read most of your messages on the site - and I have listened. I have read the first schooling book two or three times. I fasted 45 days last year, and 22 days this year. When I fast I drink only orange juice, nothing else. Some of the things I have done since reading your messages are: stopped most of the chemicals from coming into the house - no more cleaners, soap, shampoo, etc. I walk outside barefooted. I'm on my 2nd distiller. I planted about 20 fruit trees two years ago. I grow a small organic garden and eat the food right out of the garden. Right now, I am picking and eating fresh strawberries right off the plants - I do this everyday. When the strawberries quit producing the wild black berries will be coming in and I will start picking them in the woods and eating them right off the bushes. After the blackberries, the blueberries will be ready and then it will be time for the wild muscadines. I also have scassfas, plantain, wild cherry trees, and crab apples in the woods. I eat mostly raw foods for months at a time and then I will get out of my routine because of travel or something and eat junk food. However, the time in between eating good and bad food is shorter each time. For example, this year I have eaten very little cooked food. I make my own salves and some of my medicine - which I usually never need - but I give it away. THe rest I order from you. I just wanted you to know that there are people who are listening and learning. When you get your school on DVD I will join. I'm on slow dial up - its all I can get. I can't even unload anything that takes too much time. The connection will turn off before it downloads. Anyway, what I would like to know about is more about breathing. What is the best way to breathe. The second question is do you know anything about Peter Ragnar. He sells longlivity books and others things on the internet. Thank you for your responses. I've been doing a lot of reading and self-experimenting with mono diet and juices, bathing and breathing. Here is a list of what I am interested in ordering, along with my questions. I will try to provide history/reasons why I am ordering so you can better guide me on how to order more intelligently and cost-effectively. Ok -- here goes:

This was some what phased out with the making of a website school, now each order gives you the free username ### and password #### that is the current codes, these change a few times per year. The sponsors do get a free bottle of d/w or l/s with orders over $100, but the list was limited to 108 people and not sure if I will phase the sponsorship as well.
2. Pre-cleanse kit -- Is the L/G Cleanse-CVRB the name for the lecithin/olive oil?
YES, it is also a BF&C oil formula as well. Ideally a person buys a gallon of Lecithin Oil for $34.95 and makes their own Lecithin/Olive Oil formula.
On one drop a day, how long would oregano last?
At least a year or more I would think.
How long will this amount of LBB last?
Depends on the dose, I would figure 1 bottle per person per year to start with, more if a person is into fasting.
3. The advanced kit -- I am interested in Mrs. Barefoot and Max Restore, but prefer syrups to capsules.
Max restore is only a liquid

I am curious about Longevity Spices, is it equivalent to No Crash?
As a liquid it has many of the same herbs, but the No Crash is a special smoothie formula designed to hold lecithin in suspension and as well ferment the drink for 24 hours before drinking. It is very complicated to make and few had interest in it, so I am phasing it out.
I like the idea of doing "No Crash-all in one" shake from your Longevity Page and to make "balls" to help with hunger during juice fasting.
YES, the theory is one of the best and most forgotten/secret in North American Healing, I mixed 3 doctor's methods to come up with it, it is possible the best theory of all time, but too scarry for people to try and it alo takes a littl time to make and people just won't spend time on them selves. I have maybe 3 pounds left and don't plan on making it again.
This kit has another oregano oil -- is it the same kind as the pre-clease and just a different size?
If you look in the school website under products it has a list, with out looking I am not sure, again, these products rarely ever sale. ONLY the current products are shown in the school, some of the products shown in web pages is out dated material that I need to go through and erase out of the web site.
I was thinking of getting (instead of or in addition to) the oregano oil formulas you have for kids that are already diluted -- such as maple rescue and oregano/safflower.) Not sure if the kit is the way to go and order a couple of additional items, or if I'm needlessly doubling up on things? Help!
The maple rescue was phased out, the oregano/safflower formula is what we have raised all our kids with. Basically you can never have enough oregano oil, most people dream of buying a Kilo. The oregano has been all sold and everyone waiting for the new season. This demand is making the prices double and double as the market demands.
4. Books: Before I found you, I found some of Dr. C's books on CD -- including Natural Healing, Childhood and Woman's. This line of reading is what then lead me to you. I would like to order the olive leaf and oregano books and the Amish healer hard back book. Do you still have the Amish book? Can you tell me more about the Dr. Mom book?
Dr. Mom was trained by Dr. Christopher, she also replaced Dr. Richard Shulse when he was removed as a teacher for the school of natural healing. I saved hr 12 video educational courses that she phased out as she got older, etc.. All women love her education and she only prints very few books, I mean an order for her is like 24 books at a time! The books are rare. I have 8 of the amish books left, they were printed one time and will never be printed in hard back again by the author who I am now making his books for him as you will see on the web school books.
5. Sorghum Molassas. I like blackstrap molassas so I'm pretty sure I'll love sorghum and that my son will gobble it up. But, I'm thinking it must cost a fortune to ship 5gal to California? So, I definitely want sorghum and just wonder about size to order. Any thoughts?
The black strap in general really stinks compared to Sorghum, if the sorghum was made properly. Many Amish try to make Sorghum, but only one man makes it in volume correctly and he is the largest producer at about 2,000 gallons per year. We often buy 25% of his production. We have 1/2 gallon for $21.95 and 5 gallon for $179.95, shipping is never good to the west coast, probably cost $50-$60 to ship a 5 gallon bucket is my guess. We only have 2 buckets left, but plenty of the 1/2 gallons.
Also, do you have maple syrup for purchase? We would love some!
It is becoming rare in our area, the winters just don't get cold enough. I phased the sale of it out last year, we can pick up some locally, but he just doesn't have much anymore, he is lucky to make 200 gallons on a good year.
6. Olive leaf tea. What is a good size to order for making that strong tea you talk about.
1 pound bag makes 2+ gallons of strong tea, simmer for 2 + days till dark. In CA olive trees are available in many locations or grow your own. We charge $21.95 a pound.
And, can I drink it every day?
It is a pleasant tea if you sweeten it with maple syrup or sorghum, it does no harm to drink it every day and not toxic at any level.
Will I want to? Can children drink it?
If they like it!
Can I sweeten it enough to make a child want to?YES, plenty of sorghum makes it a great all purpose healer and bone/teethe builder.
7. Olive leaf powder or tincture? I am putting together a hiking backpack (snakes, spiders, ticks, mosquitos, poison ivy, etc.) and a first aid kit for my family (cuts, burns, bites, rashes, food poisoning, cold/coughs, etc), so looking for the best forms of olive and oregano to be multi-functional. Guidance appreciated.
USE diluted oregano for ALL. The safflower/oregano 1 drop will stop hornit stings in 10 seconds and 5 minutes later you will never knew you were attacked. Children that take a few drops of diluted oregano by mouth daily are not stung by bees or bitten by ants. If I was bitten by a deadly snake, I would put oregano on the bite and take under the tongue or inside cheek every few minutes until out of danger. FOR specific to snake bite, you carry a 4 ounce bottle of Echinacea Tincture, if bitten drink the entire bottle, it stops the blood from clotting which stops the snake from killing you. In old days it was used as SNAKE OIL, in that the traveling salesman attracked a crowd and then had people applie their local poisonous snakes to his arm and the bites would cause no harm and he would sale gallons of his snake oil, today we call this snake oil, ECHINACEA Flowers that are easily grown anywhere in the USA.
7. My history:
Formula-fed, fake-food eating childhood with tons of Antibiotics , vaccines, etc.
Identical to me and I had a full mouth of mercury by age 12
Always showed signs of sluggish thyroid, but not diagnosed until recently. Entire puberty and young adulthood drugged up on birth control pills and over-the-top amounts of accutane prescribed for acne, abnormally high "male" hormones and delayed/scatty menses. Continued until wanted to get pregant. After a year of no drugs, still got no period, so this was followed by 5 years of increasingly powerful infertility drugs/surgeries/procedures in my late twenties and early thirties. Age 32 became pregnant from infertility drugs/procedures. "High risk" pregnancy due to decended placenta placing pressure on the uterus and causing much to early contractions. During birth, hemmoraged which led to emergency/traumatic c-sec and partial hysterectomy (placenta was attached to uterus as a "wall" of the placenta) and (yikes) a blood transfusion. Still have ovaries.
Sad, but typical for many today, all by design of the very doctors women seek for health.
Did armour thyroid for 3 years and some hormones before I finally realized this was all insane. Had been free of white flour/sugar/junk food since trying to become pregnant, and for the last year I took myself off all doctor's drugs and have been been done with doctors and poisons.
GOOD START
Due to my current clean living and a spiritual life, I lead an active, enjoyable life. I can play and do sports with my son, I love yoga. But, none of that has been enough -- I am turning 40 next month and remain plagued with an acid-wrecked body: Acne, frontal hair loss, hypothyroid/weight gain on minimal eating, hormonal imbalances....
Naturally age 40 is considered super high risk with medical in the usa. It is zero problem with a healthy body, your problem being your past.
For all this I have been adding in sitz baths to correct the flow, walking on the beach and rebounding to help lymph. Little by little, I am incorporating your other suggestions as well. But, I wonder if herbal help would be supportive and help my body along?
The proper sitz bath will correct all that can be corrected in the reproductive areas. The Dr. John R. Christopher treatment plan is for you! The compete REBUILD before you want to be pregant will save your child a lifetime of problems and save your life in the process. The female herbs are the higher dollar herbs, because false unicorn can easily go over $100 a pound etc..many women do not want to do the bolus thing, but if done correctly, it is easy. My wife's mother did the entire routine and changed her life, her looks and got rid of cancer and more. You need to read the Christopher method, Christopher teached it and so does Dr. Mom.
So what do you think about:
Hormone Balance. Does it come in syrup?\
We only have in capsules at the present time. Expensive and works slow, but needed by most people 21 and older. 1-2 capsules daily as one can afford.
Calcium Balance -- should I add at this age? Or does Mrs. Barefoot cover this?
1'3rd the Mrs. Barefoot Formula, but when pregnant my wife will say even to take more of the calcium capsules if you have any problems on 21 mrs. barefoot daily. I suggest in your case 21 Mrs. barefoot daily possibly for life if you can afford to do so, if you call my wife Brenda, she will sale you on this formula, all her family are true believers male and female alike, the older you are, the more you take or if wanting or while pregnant.
Red Raspberry syrup or tea for reproductive area?
I would drink the tea. Mixed with other teas would be great as well. The liquid I make just makes it easy, but very cheap to just make tea.
Top Knot spray (blond formula) -- no gray hair, but do you have anything yet to add in for circulation/growth?
The Annoiting Oil 1 drop on the top/back of the skull is the powerful formula for hair/circulation and spirit connection. The topknot is OK, but originally you made a tea and drank this formula, which may be the very best way for the hair and yu also rinsed your hair in this tea.
Mulit-herbal (to get potassium AND iodine) for a kelp or green Iodine formula for hypothyroid?
I have made Lugol's Iodine for many years and never seen it do anything but kill bacteria/skin, etc...the tree natural Iodine shows up with stronger finger nails in just a month, so i know it works, but do not have a long history with it yet, but my guess is that it is the only real Iodine made and all others synthetic poisons or fakes. I have no clue what it will do for a person, it all depends on their health and their dose, i is very self-experimental and not toxic like commercial iodines are.
I have always found elderberry tincture and syrup to be very, very beneficial to me on many levels and helps my overall skin texture and body functioning. I'm just drawn to it. Do you make a syrup or tincture yourself?
I make elderberry tincture and use this in formulas, the bushes grow wild around our area. Dr. Christopher stated he could cure any cancer with proper use of elderberry tincture because of the high potassium content.
Can you explain the difference between: Multi-herbal syrup
Not sure if your refering to PICA or the Iodine formula or even the Longevity Spices, all 3 are multi-herbal formulas.
and Postassium Rich syrup?
This formula is based on the top herbs known to be highest in Potassium. Multi formulas will be a little of many herbs.
Are these overkill while I'm on the dewormer?
ALL of my liquid formulas use oregano/olive leaf/sorghum with the herbs, so yes and no, because the products are dose related, if they ain't workin, your not taking enough and they ALL can be mixed together as demonstrated in the Longevity Spices Formula.
YOU wanting to become pregnant are restricted to specific herbs if your cautious or can use anything while cleansing and then restrict while attempting pregnancy. The Christopher method NEVER fails, so i suggest you seek his methods to produce a healthy baby. The Dr. Mom book and videos are for you as well Shulse and Chrisopher, these 3 sources will help you understand and apply.
I love burdock root tea. Do you make your own? I buy Alvita brand, but since it is a commercial brand, not sure if it does any good?
This grows wild in our yard/woods etc...for my formulas I dig my own, otherwise to sale the root we buy from a good source. No one has ever asked for it before. It is a powerful blood cleanser, Again, women seeking pregnacy can not use most of these powerful herbs with out caution.
Does it get too complicated to add these in?
Liver Itch -- I get cystic Acne along my chin line and lower cheeks (lymph issues), but while juicing, even though I have plenty of bowel movements, I get something new: Acne on my scalp, and unrelenting, irritated red bumps (some with pus heads and some not) on my chest and back. Absent all other foods except pressed juice and herbal teas, when I eat avocado, I get increased Acne with pus on my face (mostly chin and lower cheeks) and light green vaginal discharge (no smell). When I eat nori or spirulina powder I get increased red bumps on my forehead and general ruddiness of skin and my son says I'm smell stinky. The only time acne is less is when I'm on just juice, but the red bumps on my scalp and body gets worse.
This is a VERY/VERY powerfull formula that works GREAT! I rarely ever have a gallon in stock because of the rare herbs used and again, GREAT, as long as your not seeking to become pregnant.
ImmuCalm --I am a strawberry blond, so always been prone to "redhead" issues like over-senstivity and rashiness/ruddiness from food, sweating/exertion, nervousness, embarrassment, sunshine, etc. And allergies to dogs, cats, dust, smoke, cleaning products, make-up, etc. I avoid all these things. But, we got a large poodle last year -- and I have definitley felt my immune system to be a more reactive. Sigh...
YES, great product. Kick the dog out, no room with your condition and babies around! Pet are great, when they are out side only. NEVER when health problems are present.
8. History of my son who is now 8 years old: Born at just 4lb 11 ounces. Took 6 weeks before he and I could nurse -- I was giving him milk through a syringe: pumped breast milk and supplemented with formula (which he was clearly allergic to -- came right out his skin and got blood in stool) -- luckily after that he latched on and nursed exclusively for one year. Unfortunately he has been fully vaccinated. Small for his age (so am I). Words and ability to make complex sentences and jokes/storytelling came early. (Among his first words mango and berries -- his favorite foods!) However, all growth milestones came much more slowly. Very tiny feet, slow to grow and suffers from teeth that were VERY slow to come in and are now VERY slow to come out. His first tooth was around 16 months old. And took months to fully come down. Echinacea Rt/Olive Leaf syrup - When ever signs of sickness appear.

GOOD IDEA, I need to make a tooth syrup, basically mix tooth and gum with the PICA formula. Our kids all use the tincture spray, a few sprays on the teeth and brusg and swallow, use NO WATER! Your child will need help with the teethe for life, LOTS of minerals such as sorghum and calcium formula or mrs barefoot. We put these in the milk bottle or direct into the mouth and mother puts child back on! The earlier the better.
BF&C tea to put in bath?
This would be exotic and was a super cure by the greatest known catholic healer over 100 years ago!
Help with bones? Or just if broken?
I would drink the BF&C or use as a soak for hurt tissues/bones. If bone broken take 20-50 capsules per day for 6 weeks.
Anything to help his nervous system? (no ADD or anything, just for his tight muscles and jaw and lack of really deep sleep while sleeping?) Skip these filters, they really do not work and they create hiding spots for bacteria, if you use filters change them every 30 days.

OZONE 24/7 for the life of the tub. 35% food grade Peroxide when needed. A dropper of pure oregano once in a while or when anyone is sick. A quart of concentrated ocean water or deep earth salt may be even better. NEVER use a filter, cut it out and use a towel that you can change every few days and wash in washer machine.

Update on my daughter-in-law's opiate based pain meds.....about 8 weeks ago, she kicked the morphine and is doing well. After kicking the methadone and oxycodone, the morphine withdrawal went extremely well. I have her on a BF/C, adrenal and mineral/vitamin syrup with sea green capsules and she can feel when she doesn't take them. She is watching her diet and activities better but is still far from ideal...but her pain levels have greatly subsided. I recreated the Hormone Balance in a liquid, that should be done this weekend. I made this many years ago and a few really liked it. I just put it off. kind of like the heart drops, I have been out for years with 3 people leaving 5 gallon standing orders. It just seems like I never am caught up making herbal formulas and fo some reason some formulas just get shoved back on the back burner....such as the Mind Trac type formula. I have been saying for several years we need to remake it and also this time make it in a capsule as well.
Right now, the Amish are keeping me busy making DeWormer and Spray I, II and III. Those are the hottest products for them. those 4 products making up 80% of what I do.
The Sprays they are starting with 5 gallons each, per week and this is only for the very first few to give a new product a trial try. We fear as they experiment and spread their bottles around and others want their own bottles, the demand for the Sprays may overwhelm me and become a priority product as others then end up back on the back burner of life.
It is always a good thing to see people enjoy a product.
The Amish have unlimited workers. The couple that resells our products have 3 full-time employees. That means "if" we had tried to keep the Amish business, we would have to have 5 more employees, which is no an option with all the American hassles of having a "public" employee.
As the Amish "grow", they will be more and more of the place to buy from. The only reason we have not turned more work over to them, is they don't accept credit cards and are forbidden to have a computer, that eliminates the internet customers.

The 1 rule of thumb is this: if a product is accepted by the Amish with many "repeat" sales, then that product supplies alot of value for their $$$. I learn from all sales... right now, the idea of external herbal sprays could easily replace 90% of our past business...or more so. if it continues as it has, with so many fomula-testimonies, someone is going to step in and take off with this product. I am still waiting on what an M.D. is going to say. He has had some samples for some time now. He is our second largest customer presently and is a Harvard educated M.D. reselling virtually everything we make, making him the most unique customer we have ever had. He sales products we never were able to sale, simple because he uses herbs like Dr. John R. Christopher did, in place of medical drugs. He has a use for virtually all the old formulas. His clients/patients are using herbs we make that virtually no one on this forum has ever used, simple because i never promote such formulas. I don't go out on that limb suggesting the use of herbs in place of drugs. When you have a M.D. license, you can. It sure would be nice if we had thousands of such smart medical doctors in America, willing to love their patients enough to offer them the option of herbs over drugs.
If we lived near Ca, i would call this M.D. my doctor, but other than him, i don't know of another M.D. i would trust with my family's health. Hopefully, the day will come when all his medical collegues wake up and ask him to educate them with herbs. This type M.D. is also known to "buy" out small herb companies for their own business desires. It will be courious to know what he has to say about these external Herbal Sprays. I am sure he has never seen such a thing, but all these forums's testimonies have been read by him and being a herb expert in the medical sciences, he surely has to be self-experimenting right now. He has the daily line of sick patients to "prove" or disprove a product. The last he e-mailed, some time back, he said with the use of our products he has had success with his patients. You and I can only assume those Ca. patients are paying a whole lot more $$$ than you can buy direct from this forum. To have a Harvard trained M.D. do a physical examination/diagnoses and then offer the patient a herbal option to drug use, has to be very very rare in the USA and even more rare to pay $$$ for his herbs 2,500+ miles away! When "you" are the best current M.D. in North America, you are going to seek the best herbal products!

I see 1 common pattern. As people try the simple herbs that unconstipate them and expell the worms that torment their health, then the next step is to see if the info on the distilled water is also good advice and this person HAD OPEN EYES, he clearly saw the TRASH he had been drinking and poisoning his children with since before birth and DECIDED TO CHANGE, his life will continue to improve and his children will be blessed.

I had emailed you a while ago about doing a detox for my acne? Well, I have been taking the lower bowel balance and the Dewormer for almost a month now, and the Acne that has plagued me for the last 15 years is completely gone! I have 3 bowel movements a day and feel so much better! I can't believe how CLEAR my skin is--i just don't understand WHY since my Acne seemed to be hormonally based.
Can you tell me why these products are working so well for me, and what to do to continue these great results? Should I do a liver flush? If you could advise me, I would greatly appreciate it.
Also, my boyfriend suffers from Ulcerative Colitis--he's been taking the LBB for a month as well ,and he says he hasn't been this symptom-free in years! LBB is something we will always take, and we plan to stock up on the much bigger bottle on our next order.

That is great news. Health is so simple most children understand it. We feel best when we expel what we have eaten. When we accumulate some of what we have eaten, this ends up in what we call diseases/sickness. Thus all the great medical doctors have always said disease is a case of constipation and each disease name given based on the location of the constipation.
Worms live on such waste and acids and often the correction of the diet and a few herbs to kill off the worms does wonders for the health and in some cases, they need to do deeper cleansing until their toxic load is reduced to tolerable amounts.
I would suggest you read what I call Book I on the web site, you can read it for free by just clicking on the members page. This is your food education. For herbal education I suggest the Dr. Christopher books and or my web site. 90% of your health can be controlled by what you eat.
The dewormer supplies allot of Potassium and natural Iodine, people often lack these two things and when the liver has these, it is able to kill off parasites and correct past problems.
So my best advice is to keep reading about diet and seek live fruits as premium choice and take 1 drop of pure oregano daily for the rest of your life as a method to keep bacteria/viruses under your control and not allowing them to control you.

My Story: My Brief history of My Herbal Use.
Over the next few years I would find my self coming privy to a remarkable body of knowledge that would allow me to become my own physician. I would come to see through the biased medical model that seeks to treat symptoms and not the cause. The underlying cause of so many of societies ill’s and diseases are well known, yet the medical fraternity chooses to look else where in favour of corporate profit based upon the suffering of millions.
We are no further out of the dark ages than in the year 1600 in terms of the main stream mind set. The cure for cancer has been long known, yet conveniently put aside by mainstream medicine in favour of toxic and expensive treatments such as chemo. Cancer victims are seldom encouraged to clean up their inner terrain. They are never encouraged to clean out their potential parasite loads.
Instead they are exposed to toxic pracrtices which bring about meager results at a tremdous price. The same goes for every civilized disease.
In April 2006, I found a treasure trove of knowledge as passed on to me by the Barefoot Herbalist. The knowledge empowered me with the basic foundation that allowed me over the next three years to turn my health around entirely.
I chanced upon the knowledge whilst trying to find a solution what I believed was a fungal problem that I was experiencing. I appeared to be experiencing symptoms sytematic of candida or fungus within my body. Associated symptoms where chronic constipation, brain fog, less than optimum mental performance. Frequent hemorrhoids. Constipation etc etc the list goes on. All of them, on their own non-specific but collectively detracting from allowing me to experience the fullness of life sprectrum;
Medical fraternity incorrectly diagnosed my symptoms as Chronic Fatigue/Depression. They were quite quick to prescribe prozac as a means of dealing with the in-correctly diagnosed fatigue depression. At no stage once the situation was correted (several years later), was I asked as to what I had done to resolve the situation. They simply didn’t care. The bottom line is noone cares about your health, and thus you are abligued to take responsibility for this vital aspect of your life.
My initial reaction to the herbal advice offered was resistance to using fruit to assist in fueling the body at a cellular level whilt cleaning up the waste in the body, fruit is considered cleansing, ASSUMING the elimination organs were effective and dropping bodily waste down and out. It was patiently explained that if the Bowel and kidneys where functioning efficiently, there would be no backing up of waste. If there was no backing up of waste, then the Candida problem would disappear. Candida (fungus was natures solution to a problem, the problem is this case was an excess amount of waste backed up to a cellular leveling the body) So simple a solution, yet misunderstood or even unknown by the so called medical profession that I entrusted to assist me.

Since my bowel was hardly functioning efficiently, it was pretty obvious that that was the first aspect that needed addressing. Much had been written about, pertaining to a herbal bowel formulae that had a fifty year reputation for not only relieving constipation but restoring bowel function. This formule was made famous by the late Dr John Christopher and was named “the Lower Bowel Balance” formulae. At that stage I had no idea of the unusal shape and complexity of my colon in comparison to an “average” colon. A bowel x-ray over the next few months would bring this to light. This unusual shape I can only guesse stemmed back to birth, possibly caused by the use of vaccinations or chemicals of some sort, thus a contributing factor to my poor sporting performance and lack of co-ordination whilst growing up. The hemorrhoids I was experiencing was basically constipation of the tissues of elimination. The herbal sitz bath and LBB capsules work great, but to get to the cause, all the animal protein and contributing poisons had to stop or the system will remained clogged.
Sensing that the LBB was what was required to restore bowel function, and with a sense of forbidding that this was yet another useless supplement that would produce little or no lasting result. The Bowel formulae turned out to be life changing. Little did I know that later it would prove to be a life saver for my Wife who had been struggling against CF all of her life. At the same time I felt it apt to try out the parasite formulae. I subsequently sought out both of these herbal blends as well as the kidney formulae. I had these shipped to me via friends within the US, going half way round the world. US customs restrictions on herbs had made it so impractical to order direct from the Source. Big brother at work clamping down on methods that do actually address human health at cause.

The LBB arrived and I began taking it. The results were miraculous for me from the beginning. My bowel began to move between three to four times per day. (24 May 2006). For the next nine to ten months, my bowels would with regular abandon eject enormous amounts of fowl smelling dark matter. This happened several times day and night. Up until this stage I had been struggling with constipation for as long as I could remember. Over the years I had tried all manner of things. Ranging from Physlyium husk, Oxypower, Miraculous Magnesium, even Epsom Salts . If anything the effects were good for one or two days and then, back to square one. I later learnt that many of these type of commercial products do more harm than good, and don’t address the true cause. Diet. I continued taking the parasite cleanse, and LBB. The bowel continued to move and with each passing day I continued feeling better and better. The contents of bowel movement continued to reveal Ascaris type worms along with loads of flukes. No wonder I had been feeling lousy.
I begin the first in a series of Liver Cleanses after being on the parasite cleanse for a few days. I’m astounded to have hundred of little flukes emerge with just as many stones. I had seen the stones before in previous cleanses, but never the parasites.

July 2006 saw my beginning my first 14 day OJ fast. The result -mental and emotional well being improve massively. Each day that I was on the OJ fast, I was eliminating LARGE amounts, ie 300 grams twice a day, for 14 days! It just didnt stop. Around this time I begin reading “Book 1” for the first time. I noticed the following observations upon being on the LBB after a couple of months, this taken from my diary at the time. ”I started using LBB 20days prior to a 14 day orange juice fast. I had acute constipation at this time. Upon using LBB, constipation problems solved. I take as many as required to get things moving. I notice a lag time of between 24-48 hrs, which tells me things are cured fully even now. All through the months of taking the LBB, I have observed stuff being expelled that I defitinly did not eat "recently". Loads of Old mucus. Loads of Black Tarr (not often, but there) Over last 6 weeks I have gone over to entirely a fruit diet. This has reduced the amount of LBB required. I notice a few days go by, and things clogg up. I up the LBB, and to my dismay notice loads of FIBRE/WORM texture mass being expelled in mass. I can only wonder at where this stuff is coming from. But there again I guess quite a bit can be hidden in 24 ft of intestine. Once out, flow gets better until the next occasion. I notice feeling lousy when things clog-up. How I would ever have gotten a handle on my situation without the LBB is something I cringe to even tthink about.”

Several months have passed as Feb 2007 comes around, which heralds in my third long Fast, Koh Sumui Thailand. I set out to do a 20 day Juice fast, so as to continue the improvements and healing process as seen before on previous fasts, and as testified in so many books on the subject.
At this stage I have totally mental and emotional alignement on what I am doing. I have full faith that I will get my goal. This later aspect is viatl and served to keep me motivated to stay on the diet whilst the healing occurred.
I broke this last fast on the 14th day. I felt the weight loss had reached a point that I felt was as far as I was prepared to go. I’ve yet to decide if this was a real limit that I came up against or a perception. A limiting belief. Im fully aware that after the fast the weight does come back on to pre-level fasts. I certainly had not hit the “Hunger threshold where the body had said ENOUGH. The decision to stop was an emotional one, intellectually rationalized.
I used Pineapple juice on this fast. Occasional coconut water was taken too. In hindsight, I will in future stick to citrus. The only negative thing about using Thailand as a fasting venue, is the non availability of REAL oranges. What passes as an orange here is actually a small sweet orange type fruit, thus I was reluctant to use it, yet its still citrus. Pineapple is reputed to be a stronger cleanser than Citrus. I suspect my intake of pine apple was not diluted enough, thus slowing the cleansing reaction by supplying too much fuel to the cells.
The use of various Thai massage was once again proved in-valuable, as this facilitated in keeping the body in-balance. I found daily yoga class to be benefit in balancing the energy body and keep a heightened mental state. I also found the occasional use of a highly experienced Chinese Reiki practioner/energy healer to be of value in centering and clearing the Energy body.
The Slumps from the detox ended after the 7th day, whereupon it became business as usual. I had been using a table spoon of longevity spice each day up until the 10th day, occasionally adding this to the juice.
I found adding a drop of Oregano oil to my litre of drinking water worked well as an anti fungal. I needed 1-2 LBB every hour to keep the bowel clearing once a day. Some days it didnt, and felt lousy next morning until the gut cleared. 1 table spoon of dewormer taken twice daily. Once upon rising, once before bed.

1 teaspoon of lethitin/olive oil taken at night before bed.
I found mental and emotional dips throughout as the whole body detoxes, this lessened after 7 day, then hit a plateau by then. I found that Ideally one would want to fast alone, or at very least with a fellow faster. Mixing with people not aligned to one regime brings in the possibility of doubt due to their ignorance of what is going on.
More Sitz type baths could be taken. I wound up doing only one on this fast. Re-reading the fasting books/material is great to keep the mind aligned to what is going on. Educating the mind is such a vital aspect of the whole healing experience. No hunger experienced at all, despite taking some of my juices in the restaurant where food was being prepared/cooked.
Fast Arizona Nov 2010
Up untill this time all of my fasting experiences and success had been based upon the use of Citrus fruit/pinapple juice. Having found great benefit by adopting a raw food diet, I decided to travel to the Tree of Life in Arizona, home to (Sir) Dr Gabriel Cousins leading mind within the raw food movements, a man twice knighted, a medical doctor. Here was an individual who not only walked his talk. At the ripe of age of 65 could drop to the ground and deliver in excess of 600 pushups. A Raw Food diet is at the core of his practice and philosophy. A raw food diet has be party to a hightened state of conciousness, mental performance, physical performance, and spiritual achievement. His simple approach to using a raw food diet to cleans and purify the body of accumulations, has made him world famous in assisting many of his clients in achieving multiple healings from Diabetes. Thus I decided to venture to his facility to not only try out his system of fasting using Raw Vegi Juices, but also to see first hand his approach at growing and preparing foods in their Raw state.
The 7 day green juice fast was easy to work through. Juices where consumed four times per day with lots of water in between. The Tree of Life did not see value in seeking out an effective preventative parasite approach as per the Barefoot Herbalists teaching. Their system is brilliant, however based upon my experience I would say this would be their single biggest short coming. Another aspect that concerned me was the lack of using a herbal approach to rid the bowel of its toxic accumulations. My previous three years of experience, indicated this was vital to a deep and thorough cleanse.
I followed the Tree of Life veggie juice fasting regime, adding in my own unique herbal Bowel Cleanse efforts, and continuing on with a new Barefoot Parasite cleanse intended for fasting application.

This approach adopted a three in one broadside approach at the potential parasite problem. Up until this time I had possibly consumed more parasite formulae than any of the Barefoots clients. I began the three in one approach in October of that Year, a month before getting to the TOL. The first few weeks saw my frequent mild headaches initially get slightly worse, and then begin to clear up. The approach consisted of taking a parasite tincture orally three times per day, using the rooms spray in a confined room at least three time of ingestion, and the herb would go into the blood directly and be taken to the liver for assimilation. The liver would pull out the minerals and elements it would use as anti-parasite properties and then re apply them via the body as was required. Thus the herbal affect would transit the blood brain barrier and be effective to any parasite that may be within the celebral hemispheres. The herbs would be effective in chasing any worms and parasite out of the organs and cavities within the body and into the bowel. My headaches stopped shortly afterwards, I thus believe that this approach did work.
A worm lure taken with the first meal after the fast, lures specific parasites into the bowel for immediate evacuation upon the first bowel movement. I am astounded to find 15cm – 20 cm tape worm contained within the contents of the bowel movement. It was so obvious it could hardly be missed. The fasting thus provided a fantastic vehicle to make the parasite cleanse more effective. The worm lure taken when back on solid foods, seemed to be the final part of the parasite success as shown on this picture. Incidentally after this parasite emerged, I was never again plagued by the herpes cold sore on my lower lip at odd times through the year. A definite correlation between the virus and the bodies parasite load. (Ascaris)

About three months back, I switched from the LBB to the new PWE formulae. The PWE formulae is result of MH’s life long quest to find herbs from every continent that have subsequently been lost to herbal approach.

When combined with some of the old deworming formulae, and mixed with portion of the LBB, and Kidney herbs, a rather effective all round cleanse was the result. Within days of beginning this approach I noticed my bowel beginning to become more regular, and stool well formed resembling what the old herbalists referred to as “cashew nut” in shape. My skin began to regain some of its natural healthy colour. My face regained its colour. Most significant to me, was my body beginning to tone and shape as a result of my daily fitness efforts. Previously any attempt to gain weight, tone in the gym/sport resulted in insignificant results. This change is ongoing. My weight has moved from 65 kg to 69 kg (154 llbs)
It took several weeks for the occasional joint pain to disappear in total. This I understand to be a result of the parasite herbs actively working against the tiny worms within the joints and bones. Old herbalists call this Lymes disease. Apparently pandemic proportions for the last three hundred years.
Recently MH improved his PWE formulae adding finishing touches to it. Calling the new improved blend Batch ii. I’m finding it to refine the previous version even more. The headaches returned for several days and have also receeded into the past.
Due to the unusual shape of my colon I will most likely need to be very diligent with my diet, and require a continuous amount of bowel herb. This would no doubt be a life long quest. I have found that when travelling to countries where I can procure a large amount of fresh greens and ample amounts of fermented foods, and good bowel flora, I am able to keep the bowel moving regularly. Keeping the liver open and flowing is an on going project. Plant fats have been written about at length to assist with this. The BFH make a great Liver Gall bladder cleanse with Iodine that when taken regularly facilitates the continuous trickle of stones and chaff, keeping the liver free. The stones are often evident in the stool. Their shape and size and colour is unmistakable. A few months into taking the above mentioned Liver Gall Bladder Formuale, I tried another Epsom Salt liver cleanse and only noticed the smallest of liver stones . A huge amount of bile, but no stones. My bowel seemed to work even more efficiently after this liver cleanse, as if the liver was purged of an accumulation of mud and was now much more effective. Theory is, that as long as the plant fats are consumed the liver will remain stone free. Time will tell.

I chanced upon the Barefoot methods of fasting and cleansing several
years back purely by chance after a bout of sincere prayer to show me
a better way than what I was doing, after I had hit rock bottom

I know my body needs to be cleaned out to the cellular level and

A local farmer for about 10 years has complained to me about his prostrate problems. He has maybe taken 2 eight ounce bottles of herbs in that time period and ignored the other 98% of my suggestions. We ran into him at a store the yesterday and again he said the same things and again ignored everything and said he maybe will have to have it cut out. Yes just pour on the open cut. My wife ripped her arm
open on a thorn tree and opened a hugh gash that was
bleeding profously. The vinegar stung, but the

1. My 4 1/2 year old daughter had an unfortunate sledding accident yesterday and broke her nose. My parents have an 11 1/2 year old golden retreiver who has some kind of cancer which has manifested itself in many, many skin lumps among other things. She has also had increased trouble ambulating. What she did was great and it is always differant when your own kid is the injured one. Here is what I would today for the same injury if it happened to one of our boys.
Apply "No Bleed" to the nose and push some up in the nose if possible. If the eyes showed no sign of bones being smashed and child able to talk clearly, I would put a light bandage on it and just keep an eye on the child that day and night and make sure no signs of a deep injury. I would give 1 tablespoon of BF&C Syrup as soon as the blood had stopped, should taken about 30 seconds or less. Then a teaspoon of BF&C syrup anytime pain was felt or every hour for a bad injury. I would use the BF&C syrup until the injury was healed, less than 10 days for a severe injury, such as broken arm, fingers, etc., etc.
The B&W ointment I would use after no bandage would be needed, about 3 days, then apply light amount daily to insure no scar would form.
No bad food during the healing process and if child was old enough, I would suggest fasting on fruit juices for a few days and allow the body time to work on the injury.
I remember the first time our oldest boy fell off a chair and had a small cut in the scalp, that bleed like crazy. We stopped the blood and naturally went to the child center close to us and the doc decided he should put 1-2 stitches in it and to be cautious, he ordered an x-ray, I had to hold the boy on my lap to be x-rayed and naturally the woman tach screwed it up and had to x-ray us twice, all for nothing, it was only a small cut.
Then this MD about fired his nurse because she opened the tools to install the stitches too early and he threw them away and he got a new package and opened it himself and he could only put about 1-2 stitches. We, young, dumb and stupid and the X-Ray did damage to us both and the stitchs were not needed, but we didn't know any better then. The care center had no business that night, so we came at the perfect time to be plucked of our $$$$$$$$. Today I could supply a person with enough products to treat a large 3rd degree burn and have change left over to do a pre-cleanse.
It is easy to be scared when you see blood come out of your first child for the first time! We are preprogramed to call 9/11.. I do believe the best "fast" result self-health product ever made would work in a minute or 2 and make every customer a 100% believer........... I saw such a product some time back, but the inventor and sales people were very greedy or basically only had $$$$ on their mind.............I tried their product and the results were unbelievable unless you experienced it yourself.
I understood the theory of the product and it actually follows the theory of a long since gone Catholic Nun. I have no way of knowing the nuns name, because the orphan that she raised along with many other homeless boys after World War I died when he was 92, but before he died, he passed on a clue to me through my brother that cured a long time problem I had with my arms/hands at work.
I was not so bright back then and I did pass on the info to many others, but never did anything with the theory beyond that...............as life goes, God has a plan and if at first you don't take the hint and let a good thing pass by, if your very lucky, you will get another try and odds are, God knew you would need several experiences before you accepted and went with it......
So this time around I figured I could easily make the product MUCH/MUCH better with an indefinate shelf-life. The commercial product was made cheap and sells for an enormous price and just as I figured, it soon spoils, etc....which makes it worthless..........

Well today we poured 30 yards of concrete for a new barn. My oldest brother was head of the job and did all the power-trowel finish work. The potential for such a product in SPORTS and horse racing??????? Astromical, a product that wouldn't show up as bad on any blood test and allow the performer to perform better because of less pain and in THEORY, if the product was used properly over a long period, the results on the "BURN" associated with exercise may be greatly reduced or eliminated making olympic athletes in every gym.

The best doctor I know of, called tonight and said; "hey what's this i hear you have an eye spray?" Seems he has a cataract starting, and got wind from the Amish that i have some cool sprays, etc; so i explain everything as fast as possible on the phone.

Many of these old chronic pains can be produced by the brain and otherwise really do not exist.
It is kind of like how our brain can self-destruct when a loved one no longer loves us or our life gets turned up side down. We fall apart mentally and in no time at all, our mental pain ends up being a physical pain because we believe it should be like that, that we should just fall apart to show the world how hurt we are.
This doctor wants this and that and naturally sad, i will load him up with samples. He has a clinic to try these sprays on real patients.....and that is about super cool! He has education on the parts of the brain and knows what is going on.....so naturally he wants that adult tooth and gum spray, eye sprays, ear sprays, pain sprays....etc.....to see what the results are on his own eyes and said he would tell me the results of his findings.

You notice how he comes along at the perfect time....right after Jody organizes the testimonies, right after I made the topknot today. Everything/body follows God's orchastrated plan 100% of the time...to perfection. Anything less than this, would mean God is not in control and the world is full of chaos. I don't believe that can ever happen. The one we refer to as "God" is the master of perfection.....the planets, suns, universes all are in 100% controlled rotation as perfect as any clock that ever could be made.....no room for chaos in God's systems.
The day you accept every day of your life as preplanned and in God's total control, is the day you can have no worries, because if you live or die, makes no differance, you will learn what you were sent on this earth to learn and the day you can learn how to have fun doing it, is the day i call freedom.
