Day 5

Pretty much the same as Day I, zero differance, no hunger nor real thirst. 1 quart to 1/2 gallon of juice seems very filling and the body only seeks to eliminate it and restore the balance.

As each day passes, I can only say that FASTING is more of a MIND thing. The more prepared the MIND, the easier fasting becomes and why I have said from the start that what I call BOOK I, is truely a door way to understanding fasting and human health.



The MIND controls the body; this simple means you are going to CRASH or you are NOT. This proves the practice of eating and drinking is and has always been a MIND thing and our governments manipulate our minds so we buy 10X more food/drink than we possible could ever assimulate. The commercial manufacturer of foods quite possibly may be one of the world's largest enemies.



This is how the professional YOGA expert can stop breathing for 30 minutes or how they can not drink/eat anything for months. They learn to deny the world and accept the God given powers everyone is born with.



Just think of what would happen to the rich man if all of a sudden all the people on earth stopped buying foods/drinks and learned how to breathe air and absorb sunshine. Something like it must have been prior to the pope slaughtering those that worhshipped the sun and created his son of god new testament. The men were burned to death and the women and children enslaved and castles popped up everywhere as the rich were created and the poor trained to serve them.



The crap we are suppose to drink and eat today does not promote healthy bodies; it promotes toxic humans in need of government help, just where "they" desire us all to be. If your not dependant on the government, soon you will be seen as an enemy of the governments. Freedom will never come to a person that eats chemical foods.



I started 40 years too late and even as poisoned as I am, I can still see how horrible a "SYSTEM" that has been created and created a society where children can be conceived and aborted for medical drugs and people who poisoned they look deformed.



MH
