Salt

Self-Experimenting

Today I decided to self-experiment with salt. Not the crap sold in stores, not the white crap coming from the present day oceans. I am using deep earth salt crystals which obtain rare gases locked up within.

I figure this salt is over 35,000+ years old since it turned to crystals, thus having no known pollution and has the proper mineral ratios.

As I figured, I didn't like the taste and my stomach was discomforted for about 20 minutes with only the smallest of pieces. Way short of the suggested 1/4 teaspoon daily intake.

I do know for a fact, that people with severe cancers and kidney diseases absolutly crave this type of salt and will eagerly eat it, even if they have been told salt will kill them and they do die from their diseases regardless of the salt, etc. the only thing noted is they CRAVE SALT.

I have always felt lucky that I don't crave salt.

I know for a fact that wild animals like this natural salt, but they hate the commercial white stuff.

I will nibble on the salt each day to see what results I get. In theory, it would seem that we need to replace our OLD SALT with new salt, or DO WE? I do not know! Our blood is loaded with salt, you would think it would need replaced? The only true way to know is self-experiment. I did try this once while fasting and felt the salt enter my blood stream and race up to my head and I thought I could have a stroke, but it didn't hurt anything. I don't drink during the day and odds are I should take the salt with a drink, because the pure stuff enters the empty stomach INSTANTLY and thus makes you feel it or should I say we feel our Body "FIGHING" to regain balance, because the slightest intake of salt is going to upset balance.
