Hi MH,





My sport of choice is running. I have ran full and half marathons for years - I love to run or did anyways.My dad is a runner as are my brothers. Several years ago I was running a half marathon it was the first race of the new year and it started raining hard. I had been cold the entire race - just couldn't warm up - then the rain made everything slippery. I was just past mile eleven mile mark and there was a hole , my ankle twisted and I went flying and fell on my knee. I walked the remainder of the race and amazingly enough still finished like 125th out of 600 people which wasn't bad considering the pain. My knee swelled up and would not bend for two years! If I tried to stand on it - it would give out. I thought this is it - I will never be able to walk right again let alone run. I did not go to the Doctors because the can't fix anything. So everyday I did hot and cold compresses , comfrey tea compresses and took bf&c , ate only raw foods and took your tinctures of comfrey root.My knee not only has healed I can walk and run - I never took a drug or went to a doctor. I no longer run :) I am now into yoga.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING TO SEE WHO WILL BE NUMBER 40. 40 BEING ONE OF THE ALL TIME FAVORITE NUMBERS OF ANCIENT TIMES AND THEN THE NEXT GREAT NUMBER WILL BE 108. AT THE RATE THIS IS GOING, IT MAYBE 2 YEARS FROM NOW BEFORE 108 COMES ALONG WITH THEIR STORY.



I HAVE FOUND IT STRANGE THAT IT IS HARD TO GET A NORMAL PERSON TO WRITE 1 SENTANCE IN EXCHANGE FOR A PASSWORD TO ENTER A PROTECTED WEBSITE FOLDER FOR FREE. VERY STRANGE. OR MAYBE ONLY 38 PEOPLE IN THE PAST 6 MONTHS HAVE BOTHERED TO EVEN LOOK AT THE WEBSITE; THAT IS THE GREATER POSSIBILITY. I THINK PEOPLE IN GENERAL ARE BORED WITH THE THOUSANDS OF WEBSITES, ESPECIALLY THE ONES THAT MAKE THE CONSUMER READ....MOST NEVER KNOW WHERE ANYTHING IS ON MY WEBSITE, THEY WILL NEVER TAKE THE TIME TO EXPLORE IT AND IT IS DONE ON PURPOSE THAT WAY..THE WEBSITE IS ONLY FOR THOSE WITH INTEREST ENOUGH....
