Eaten incorrectly, they kill. Eaten correctly, they can be foods for humans when raw fruits not available. i see grains as winter foods at best.

Grains turned to paste!!!!!!!!!! then to make this worse, today alot of people think they are eating flour made from grains, when it is actually made from scrap trash lumber.
