8 days...another reason I like starting a fast at the start of a month is to keep track of time......I usually know what month it is, but rarely what day of the month it is....I had to look on my phone to see it is day 8.
So far, I have eaten 3 small crackers and gone out to dinner. I learned along time ago to never tell a waitress you are "fasting", just tell them you have already eaten. It was chilly last night, so I did take 2 very small cups of hot chocolet drink durring the dinner-time meal and those 2 little cups barely would add up to 8 ounces and filled me up and still to day 8, no hunger and if I do think of food, I quickly take a small shot of special herbal blends I am experimenting with.
I have read books in the 1800's where men believed real food was the flowers and that this was why Europeans brought over so many flowers with them and spread them across America. I have read books where men back then beleived it was the small seeds of plants/trees that held the true foods and as time has gone along.......I can't say I disagree with them. This years experiment basically is boiling down to about 1-2 ounces of herbs as the food source and 1 quart of juice and this is the first year I can barely drink 1 quart of juice and not more as 1 quart fills me up.
EVEN with no hunger, it still takes a person having the will to not eat their daily foods and drinks and that will always be the job of BOOK I to educate via the best MD known in North American History to instill that education into the highly educated minds of today...if they don't believe the doctor, then they will never believe me.
My lifetime goal is to make fasting so easy, that anyone can do it...
Medical/Government wants us "FAT".....everyone knows this, but how many refuse it! How many are good stock and how many "buck" the system and do not want to be made ready for "market" (pinebox).
