BUT, for you under weight, nearly starved to death people, YOU DO NEED A CLINIC you can check into for 3+ weeks with someone that has studied these old master books and has medical wisdom to save your life and totally understand what the TOO THIN author is saying in this paragraph. And YES, don't any of you starved people attempt this on your own, this would be advice inside this book, for the extremely too thin/sickly person under daily medical care:

My favorite author comes right to the point, has nothing hard to do and tells the facts as he knows them.
He identifies the too thin person's problems and easy instructions to handle each case, ever so bad. His info usually follows common sense and his foundation is always to follow NATURE when possible. He knows the "STEPS" that must be taken by the very ill and often those may be baby steps, but they must come first before hard core body rejuvination methods can be used.
Like Dr. John R. Christopher noted in his books and most all good authors note in their books, they warn of the lazy no count person...the ones that enjoy telling everyone how sickly they are and cursed by God, etc.. Dr. Christopher wrote tyou can't help those that refuse to help them selves.
The too thin author only needed a few pages to explain the TOO THIN people's problems. He also wrote a TOO FAT book, which I also will use for a study. He ended his explanation of the too thin by writing this:

I am running late on the Too Thin book, I wanted it on the New School Folder by 1/1/09, but didn't make it. I finished it tonight and will have the new folder operational by this time tomorrow for those with a sponsor mug, they will finally have something to read.
The book was 60 pages, but because the author taught that the too thin person also has mental problems or better stated: compulsion problems not being able to "RELAX", he highly suggested a mental type book that teaches a human how to control their mind so they can RELAX. I was able to find this book and it is much longer and I will call it Part B of the Too Thin People..
After doing this book, I have zero doubts this book is the cure for MS. "IF" the MS patient was mecury-free and drug-free and would do as this simple 60 page book says, I am sure it would cure the MS person. BUT, the MS person is the way they are, because they will not do such things to save their life...so back to sqaure one, you can't help the helpless.
But for those willing to change to avoid untimely horrible starvation, I believe this is the greatest book ever written on the subject and I learned a great deal. These people can eat their way back to health and I imagine it would work for most people under the age of 70 to eat their way back to health.
So get mercury-free, off the dope, kill the worms, take your LBB capsules faithfully, along with what this author did, which is not hard, he ate hearty food and drank 1 quart or more of whole cow milk daily for 2 years to reverse his frail dying body.

Tonight I am starting on the Too Thin People, part B. A totally differant and earlier author in history that is basically your nutt doctor explaining the MIND. I am very impressed with this author, who is a lady and makes it know on the first page, she is an occult author, believes 100% in spirtual guidance and you are rewarded when you return to Nature as your guides return and awaken your eyes as you OBEY GOD's laws:
When a perversion of Nature's laws has continued from generation to generation, we, of the ninth or tenth generation, can by no possibility jump back into the place where the laws can work normally through us, even though our eyes have been opened to a full recognition of such perversion. We must climb back to an orderly life, step by step, and the compensation is large in the constantly growing realization of the greatness of the laws we have been disobeying. The appreciation of the power of a natural law, as it works through us, is one of the keenest pleasures that can come to man in this life.

I use to resell what I call the leg shakers or commonly called chi machines years ago. Sadly, I never found one with a neck holder that had a speed adjustment that lasted very long. The speed control always burned out in a month or two making the machine worthless. As I am reveiwing the sleep book in prepardness or the 2009 school folder, I now have new respect for the leg/neck machines as I will explain further why in the book.
Here is a simple test:
Humans are killing ourselves by using maybe 10+ x more muscle strength than we need in daily life. So badly are our habits, that come bed time, we are burning our muscles up simply because we can not relax. It can be said that we are holding our selves in bed. We simple can not relax.
In nature, our muscles have their duties. By age 3, humans start over powering these automatic "natural" actions and do it our "learned" ways.....
No human can rest, unless the muscles have nothing to do.
Surely, we can agree on that. YET so many people dream all night long living out movements in their bed and jerking and twitching, etc......simple because their muscles can't stop....the nerves won't release.
IN Nature, the good doctor/author states a child does not "think" he/she needs to hold on their head...the muscles do it automatically.
While as adults, we have learned we must support our own head or it will fall off. TRY THIS:
Let go of your head, if it falls, you have been killing yourself and your learned habit is the number one reason you are no longer living thousands of years old...you in fact, are working your muscles 24/7 while awake and sleeping and never providing rest for your muscles and with this theory...if you can live 100 years doing that, then surely you could live 10x longer if you could only relax.
"YOU" can lay in bed all you want and ON YOUR COMMAND, release your head and it will fall into the bed, proving you were still holding your head on your body in fear it would fall off. Seconds later, your muscles will tighten and up off the bed your head will rise, just a little. While the little baby's head can be rolled around like a ball freely when asleep, because baby has not been trained to believe he must keep his head on.
Pick up the sleeping cat, it droops, it is not trying to hold its head, legs, etc. on..

Try to not watch tv with commercials, if I do, I try to record it and then watch it so I can speed past commercials, because commercials in general are harming your health by listening to their crap.
I don't watch the gay/lesbian/political/sitcom crap and try to only watch movies. I never preplan what I watch, just what is ever on at the time I turn the boob tube on. pre-planning anything, creates more nervous stress...
In fact, to be free, we would have to be in the wild, naked, no possesions, no $$$$, no worries other than knowing the locations of the berry patches and fruit trees and no sexua| frustrations. Those with daily stress that counters Nature all receives daily punishment handed out justly and that is why every single one of us sins and receives our punishments, all of us sinners and no one sins anymore than the other, because sin, is sin.
Those that excite their bodies with the nightly news, threats of war, famine, disasters upon disasters, wrong sex, no sex, family disfunction to the maximum, mates of a differant kind as the seasons change, no satisfaction in life, those that read the sex books/magazines, phorno shows/books, drugs of choice, hours on the phone, etc., etc., etc.......only wear their nerves out and with that, so does their muscles wear out.
How many people can go 1 day with out saying a word? Go a day with seeing no TV and not speaking on a phone? A day with no driving/riding? Who can shut the world off for just 1 day?..........it is hard to do! Dr. Mom is the closest one I know, only if they would break their Cell Phone s......but I still have a big screen TV and bedroom TV that has no intenna, but loads of DVDS to watch............so who can just fine pleasure setting in a chair on the porch watching NATURE and only listen to her sounds? No one I really know....The grandparents of long ago enjoyed those rocking chairs!
The SCHOOL Barn has a porch over hanging the pond and a bedroom deck catching the setting sun and veiw of a large deep woods and 1/2 mile from the road and 2 miles to the nearest road behind the barn. The decks are loaded with lifetime plastic rocking chairs and recliners....NO PHONE and the TVS can be unplugged! Actually, turning off the electricity is an option! WHO, can be satisfied with going to bed with the darkness an getting up with the Sun??????? That would be real freedom. A step closer would be to sleep in the open air on the upper deck, (away from the wild animals).
The really sad thing is, for most of us, it takes $$$ to get away from making a living! It is almost crazy! We as civilized humans, have to pay to enjoy NATURE! Unless we just walk to the nearest woods, throw off the cloths and enter NATURE! As long as the land owner doesn't see ya, Nature isn't charging $$$$.
For those with $$$ to get away, the Barn will have all kinds of options, including unlimited use of HERBS and etc.....

There is a term used in college which describes most expressively an intense nervous excitement and want of control,--namely, "dry drunk." It has often seemed to me that sham emotions are a woman's form of getting drunk, and nervous prostration is its delirium tremens. Not the least of the suffering caused by emotional excitement comes from mistaken sympathy with others. Certain people seem to live on the principle that if a friend is in a swamp, it is necessary to plunge in with him; and that if the other man is up to his waist, the sympathizer shows his friendliness by allowing the mud to come up to his neck. Whereas, it is evident that the deeper my friend is immersed in a swamp, the more sure I must be to keep on firm ground that I may help him out; and sometimes I cannot even give my hand, but must use a long pole, the more surely to relieve him from danger. It is the same with a mental or moral swamp, or most of all with a nervous swamp, and yet so little do people appreciate the use of this long pole that if I do not cry when my friend cries, moan when my friend moans, and persistently refuse to plunge into the same grief that I may be of more real use in helping him out of it, I am accused by my friend and my friend's friend of coldness and want of sympathy. People have been known to refuse the other end of your pole because you will not leave it and come into the swamp with them.
