What's Up with the Amish Healer - 9/10

The Amish Healer is getting along in years.....his 1 leg has put him down several times in the past....2 years ago he nearly didn't survive it. It has him down again, now going on a month. His driver took him to a hospital this time around and naturally, they did nothing and their drugs did nothing. He has moved back to his more original area in an attempt to stay away from people seeking his aid and trying to save himself. This naturally means he has no solution, nothing is working "ENOUGH".....



He wants to get back on the road and do seminars on burns and repair of past skin grafts, etc...but he can't as long as his leg is shot. We haven't seen him for 2 years, but just from his description of his problems, it is fairly easy to figure out his problems.....he is not exempt from the worms that eat us alive and his dental is a problem that can put him in the box same as it can us all; because the really bad worms, live in bad dental, sick bones and are forever seeking to eat us alive...



He is a self-taught dentist himself, making things all the worse, because more often than not, the more a person knows or thinks he knows, the harder it is to talk to them about the basics of why they are dieing.



We are going to his area tonight and will see him in the morning and was asked to bring something along, etc.......because frankly, their methods just fall short......few to none take care of dental disasters and fewer yet want to talk about lymes/syphilis and even fewer yet even have a clue on what has to be done to turn the situation around.



If it does happen that I help the ole feller out, I basically would go down in history with his old order amish, because they see him as "the" healer, their only healer and when he dies, you can expect more Amish to attend his funeral than any Amish funeral in American history.



It will be fun to tell him the facts of life.....it makes growing older a joy! Because you know sooner or later if you live long enough, 'they" will ask for your help when all else has failed them.
