After Drinking the 1/2 gallon of Peach Smoothie

I drank the Peach Smoothy I made for the web site pictures today, as shown 1 glass at a time about an hour apart. This is the first time I have done the total formula with the Spice Formula and I was quite impressed, nothing was hot and the closest thing to describe the flavor all I can think of is a zesty Sprite Flavor! It was very alive and energetic drink. To a beginner they may only want to drink very small portions because that much friendly bacteria can tend to jump start a constipated body and result in old diseases being expelled and the uneducated would then blame the herbs on "giving" them a disease!!!

As far as herbs go, I can't think of anything else I want to consume that is not in that one drink. I was eye balling a wild pear tree tonight while riding the motor cycles in the woods, also some wild grapes. A wild pear tree can be almost 40 fet tall and have thousands of little hard pears on it, you don't even need to freeze these things, they are so hard they last a long time. If a person had to, I think they could live off of 1 wild apple tree, some pears, a few wild grapes, maybe some elder berries and don't forget those wild raspberries and wild straw berries in the spring. When a person is starved, even good old plan dirt is food and then when the fresh new grass appears that would seem yummy after eating dirt. There is no reason why a human should starve to death in the wild, if they do, it is because they have lost their God given instincts. They usually die of fear before they die of hunger. That fear being that they are afraid they can't eat non-civilized foods.

The way inflation is climbing many are going to do with less ansd starting with less food would be ideal way to save money and extend longevity.

I am free of the Factory now, for 30 years I did not know I could be, I have learned differant now. Some day I desire to be free of all commerical foods, I hope it does not take being homeless and being forced to live in the woods before I accept Nature and denie man's foods. I guess the first step is knowing we can live off the land and loosing the fears.

Freedom comes in many ways, freedom of illness is priceless..

Blessings,

MH
