bf&c ii
Some feared I was not going to have BF&C since they don't see it on the popular list. I will always have it, but it never has been a good selling product, we maybe sell 20-30 bottles a year at best. Its not a product people want until they have been hurt, etc. Ideally I should be selling 20-30 bottles weekly, but since I don't and its not popular, you don't see it on the top list.
The comfrey used in the original BF&C is dry powder and never a problem with a person that is not a drug addict. Fresh springtime comfrey roots consumed in large quanities by a druged person would be more than their liver could cleanse and could cause them a problem not because of the comfrey, but because the drugs harmed the liver and the liver is not able to then process the comfrey. So those in charge of drugs, don't want their drug customers taking comfrey and they have the power to make it an ilegal product in Canada and probably many other countries, while in the USA it is still legal and the manufactures are asked to put a warning on the label that comfrey containing products should be used externally only.
I suggest all countries are tightening up their laws on herbs this year more than ever, I won't send anything out of country now, the customers get hit with high taxes/customs problems and just not worth the hassles and many times the customer does not believe it to be a problem in their country and then later finds them selves at customs being asked for a prescription for their inmported herbs, etc.
I would never be with out the BF&C formula, but that does not mean it will always be legal in the USA in the future of DRUGS. Just wait until they go to socialized medicine and a MD on every block and all these good herbs will be outlawed over night in an effort to put all humans in the care of their government provided MD.
Everyone should own or know where a comfrey plant lives!!! They will grow just about anywhere. I would sell them, but not worth the hassle, people that stop by get a free one when they ask!
