My fast this year is anything but book perfect. Don't get me wrong, book perfect is GREAT. We all know fasting has never been popular with humans. Fasting means any diet that is healthier that avoids the normal foods.
I have theories and just end up doing this and that and see what happens. I don'thave any real health issues to struggle with, so I have plenty of freedom to experiement and after all, you really can't screw up with fasting.
All I can say is I feel great. 16 days is really nothing, so all so premature to even say anything. If you feel great, that is 90% of the goal in the first place.
