Henry Ford

I remember reading that Henry Ford "rested" through out his work day, suggesting when able, sat down, better yet, lay down.

Naturaly, he didn't want his slaves laying down on the job, but he wrote that he did and that enabled him to become a very famous/wealthy man.

It seems Henry Ford has read the Sleep Book, same as the Too Thin author did, they all lived in a similar time and no doubt knew of each other.

The author suggest 5 minutes of trained daytime rest, is more beneficial than 3 hours of normal bed sleep. Think about that and you discover what Henry Ford that created the Ford Motor Company put into practice and how a old near dead doctor turned his body into a muscle bound super man in his late 70's/80's. The Too Thin author suggested he didn't want to live, he was that sickly, but as he learned how to live, he wanted to live.

I suggest public school fails us all, they desire to turn us into slaves and ignore our health because they think there are too many of us on earth. We stumble through life about sex/family/$$$/life, etc....because school just sets us up for factory work or to be further destroyed by joining a college and really be zombified into learning alot of crap that has zero to do if what you really wanted to learn how to do!
