I am sure my husband can sympathize with you. I had the Marina for 3 yrs and I don't know how my husband lived with me at all. I took it out 6 wks ago and I am finally the woman he married again. We also have 4 children and I cannot believe the difference being without it has made in my attitude and outlook. It almost ruined my life. Since you have read all the side effects, I don't need to go into detail only so say that I had them ALL. I hope your wife can escape the mental trap this thing has on her and get it removed before it tortures her and the family the way it did to us. I know it sounds dramatic but the difference is night and day physically and mentally. In my opinion there should be a support system out there for men with wives on this thing. You are a good husband to recognize that it is the IUD and want to help your family. It was my husband who made the connection with us and encouraged me to have it removed. That action without a doubt saved our marriage and family. It is that simple.
