This is crazy! I was just doing research on the mirena IUD because I am having the same exact issues with mine. I got mine 6 weeks after my baby was born and I have not stopped bleeding since. She is 3 months old now. My sex drive is low, which I have never had a problem with that before. I also am very dry. Again, I have never had problems with that before either. I am also considering getting mine removed. Please let me know if it gets better eventually or if you get any better information. Thanks!
