i only stuck it out for about 3 weeks and ended up in the er because of the horrible pain that i was having..i wasnt able to sit, stand, walk or even lay down to sleep...i was in that much pain...on a scale of 1-10 i was at an 8 for pain...it was almost as bad as my labor with my son..like most of everybody else on here my doctor recomended this horrible thing..my husband could feel it during sex let my doctor know and she checked it and said it was in place, had pain during sex,had a ton of hair loss...id brush my hair in the morning and it wouldnt have a single hair on it but once i was done brushing it my brush had a ton of hair on it it was almost like the amount that you would have trimmed off at a hair salon...i had the thing removed yesterday in the er and as soon as it was out my pain was gone.. i didnt hurt anymore and i could sit and all that and be comfy again...they did all sorts of tests on me before taking it out and everything came back normal so they took the iud out per my request and now they have sent it out to have a culture done on it...i was really cranky all the time and my husband didnt want to be around me i was that bad...i didnt have the energy to take care of my 3 month old son...thats how bad it was for me..
