Not-Yo (Nacho) Bites








The ‘Meat’



3 Carrots 1 1/2 C walnuts or sunflower seeds – soaked and rinsed well 4 green onions 1 garlic clove 1/2 tbsp tomato powder 1/2 tbsp cacao powder cilantro – to taste cumin – to taste cayenne – to taste Sea Salt – to taste splash of tamari Process all in food processor



The Raw Food Nacho ‘Cheese’



1 cup cashews – not soaked, just rinsed well 1/2 yellow pepper 2 tbsp tamari 1 tbsp nutritional yeast 1 clove garlic juice of one lemon 1/4 turmeric



For the Bite



Cut a piece of Romain Lettuce in four bite size pieces Top with a bit of nacho ‘meat’, ‘cheese’, and garnish it with chopped up tomatoes and avocados.
