4 cups tomatoes, chopped 2 limes, diced 1/4 cup onions, diced 1 cup pineapple, diced 1 cup cilantro, chopped 2 Tbs. apple cider vinegar, or lemon juice 1 tsp. cumin 2 Tbs. maple syrup (or honey) (optional) Directions The tomatoes, onions, and pineapple should be diced finely.
