- 1 cup raw, soaked sunflower seeds - 2 stalks chopped celery - 1 apple - 1/3 cup cranberries - 1/2 white onion - 1 cup brewed chai tea - 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon - 1/2 tsp sage Instructions: Put all ingredients together and soak in the tea for 20-30 minutes. Process in food processor for 20 seconds.
