Someone gave me a machine to use. it works fine with no problems. I followed the advice given by Mrs Jones. the Distilled water is great. the runoff did cause a reaction in our deep well.

I found out by studying the patents is that when the steam in the boiling chamber is exposed to UV light the steam is converted to Ozone. when the ozone gas is cooled it turns to light form of hydrogen peroxide and that is why it has no pathogens in the water and nothing wants to grow in it for a while. that is why it is effective against cancers and other diseases.

Sound like you got a dud machine or you just don't know how to use it properly. We were able to call and order a new set of UV lamps and feed tubes for it. no problem. they even through in a set of the plastic pipe that goes on the cooling section.
