It is the responsibility of anyone who has been a victim of internet fraud to contact the Authorities, immediately. I'm not in favor of Government involvement, but many people who are desperate for a cure will pay for anything if there's lengthy "documentation" to promote a product.
If you have been a victim of internet or mail fraud, contact the FBI and your State Police. Save all documentation, receipts, purchase orders, emails, etc.
Hello,
Last year I ran across this site after I had already purchased a water machine. I was really concerned after reading some of the comments made here.
After receiving and using the machine, I have been very happy with the results. Some of them are are remarkable and others are just convienent.
There are many more benefits, but the bottom line is the machine works and a comparable distilling machine is going to cost at least 1300. At this level, the extra few hundred is in the noise, if this is a product you can afford.
The bottom line is that the machine produces a different type of water that can be tasted. I always get the comment that my water taste light. Remember, I do not disclose that I am producing the water. In my area the water is hard and nasty. Everyone uses purified waterin many forms here. We have to.
I am and will be pleased with this purchase for many years. I just don't want to tell folks my secret, but I gave away water for the holidays and everyone was more then happy to get the gift. Imagine that. I think that sums it up.
Well I'm in the same boat with the other post. I was lead to the John E. site from Mother Earth News. Seems like it would be legit coming from them. However going to his site it seems very gimmicky. Also from another post someone linked this site. It makes a heck of a lot more sense than anything else I've read with real science to back it up.

The fact is there are only a handful of ways known to man to filter or Purify water.

Take care to read over the Distillation Method(s)

It seems that Mr. Ellis's Machine uses a combination of Distillation and uv RADIATION (*oh no there's that "bad word" from the previous post but we'll cover that next).
Great, I'm no scientist but the bond angle mumbo-jumbo seems a little radical to me. I would say that it produces very "clean" water compaired to tap water. Whatever...so does my RO unit. So the end result is you get better tasting water from either. What is this other claim that you can add it to contaminated water and somehow clean it? How is this possible? Seriously...if that were true there would be A LOT more press about it. Not one article. If you want it "energized" say a prayer before you drink it ;)
Your claim that RO water is exposed to RADIATION (*oh no) is what actually motivated me to post. Where did you get that nonsense? What kind of radiation are you talking about? I have a 5 stage RO unit at home and I use 0 radiation (UV or otherwise). That just means that it goes through 3 separate Filter media to catch sediment before it passes through a membrane. It requires no radiation of any way shape or form to do so. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reverse_osmosis
By all means, filter your water. No telling what ends up in it coming through the city plumbing or even well water these days. Bottom line is I won't be purchasing an expensive distiller anytime soon. Maybe if I strike it rich and have some money to throw away to test these radical claims. There are much cheaper and faster ways to filter water. Research the different ways of filtering from the links above, make sure it is NSF certified http://www.nsf.org/business/drinking_water_treatment/standards.asp ...make an informed decision.
Good Luck!
