I am sorry you were taken to the cleaners.

I was mad and pissed off as you are now. Yes its true, John has his no return policy and I know all about it. That is just not the point. He offers a water distiller and when you order it, you believe your getting more. He tells you it works wonders on whatever you tell him is wrong with you. Our case was the chemicals.

You live and learn. I don't know of a better site to post on. If you goggle "crystal clear", or "energized water", or "John E.", you gonna get here and see both sides. That's fair and those that have a great experience should tell their side. My experience is that no one has had an issue without my experience, or no many have.
