Re: Crystal C. Energized Water machine
Ive seen these ads in Mother Earth News for a while now. I've always wondered if these machines really work, so i did a little research on the web to find some real testimonials from actual users. The more i find on the subject of Crystal C. machine, the more confused i got. I've read from many users that you need to tinker with it in order for it to work properly. I've also read that this is poorly designed, and a piece of junk. What i can't seem to get understand, is how a so call brilliant man (and i don't mean anything personal to the man) can't seem to produce a turn-key machine that's well put together. You would think over the years he would have fine tuned this thing and got all the bugs out. Maybe it's just me, but i don't want to spend $1500 to @2800 and be left holding the bag, to try and "figure" it out. I thought that's his job, isn't that what i'm paying for?
I really do want to believe in this product. But, he makes it so hard to do so. Criptic ads, a loosely informed website. I expected something more put together, than what i saw on the website. Grated, the new website is much better than the old one. I guess what i'm trying to get at is does this machine REALLY work, and if it does, than why doesn't he help the people who have had difficulties. If i was him, i would stand by my product 100%. Offer a money back guarantee. Up hold the warranty. Hire some Customer Serice Reps. (you would think he could afford that). Lastly, and this what gets me the most. When you order a unit and spend the kind of money that he is charging for these machines. Please have it all put together. I'm not spending this type of money to figure it out on my own. Who's the inventor? I just don't get it, it really make one wonder. Like i said i really hope this thing produces what is advertised, and it has a lot of positive feedback from some of you, and alot of negative feedback from the rest of you. I don't know what to believe really (the documented facts seem few). But, for me i need the inventor to have a little more faith and pride in what he is actually shipping out to the rest of us. Maybe, i'm asking too much, or maybe i'm just wasting my time. I would welcome anybody's two cent's worth, good or bad.
