--Testimonials--Blown away by before and after--

Refreshed: Thank you for your words of comfort. They are much appreciated. You
are right, I have peace when I keep my thoughts in check.

Di and Xenia: Breaking it down to "per 16 oz glass," my alkalizing ritual
consists of 2 tablespoons of lime water, 1/2 tablespoon of molasses, 1/4 of a
lemon, juiced. I add a half teaspoon of greens (powdered alfalfa, barley,
wheatgrass, parsley... and such).

Along with the drink, I take two capsules--I fill myself--with good kelp.

Whenever I want a sweet treat, I lick the molasses off the spoon as I drink
instead of putting it in the drink... YUM!!!

I eat no animal product.

My breakfast (which I enjoy throughout the morning) consists of a shake made of:
1 cup spinach
1/2 Florida avocado
1 cucumber
1 T greens
Juice of one lime
1/2 can coconut milk
mint to taste
It’s delicious! My whole being loves it. I got the recipe from the PH Miracle
book.

For lunch I may make hummus with flax seed crackers I made myself (with the
dehydrator’s help), a veggie dip with cut vegs or a veggie sprouted-grain wrap.

For dinner I usually have a large salad, with all kids of raw vegs including
avocadoes. Lots of good olive oil, lemon and Celtic Sea salt.

I don’t eat after 6 PM and I am usually not hungry for any snacks.

I keep my bowels moving with ML’s suggestion of Epsom salts, which I also take a
pinch of with each meal.

As far as exercise, I had only been doing the rebounder for about an hour 5 days
a week, but now I started to add some weights.

I am blown away by the before and after. Before the ML drink, I was hungry all
the time, craving… you could not keep me away from food. My blood sugar was
always crashing and I had to eat every two to three hours to keep it level.

Now, I forget to eat!!! I am the most surprised by this... I know it’s time to
eat because I get the slightest wave of lightheadedness that makes me look at
the clock and say, “It’s time to eat.”

Thank you all for your interest. I am looking forward to your responses. Let me
know if I am doing something wrong or can improve on something I am already
doing.

Lots of blessings,

Rachel
