A couple of weeks ago, I noticed that I was feeling colder than normal. I had
remembered that there was a post awhile back on this forum addressing just that.
I didn't take much heed at that time because it didn't apply to me. Well, now
it did, so I went back and found it. ML, you said to increase kelp and cold
water fish intake. To increase the kelp is easy enough, but for me, the fish is
a bit more difficult. I did, however, add some Omega 3 supplements. Within two
days of this change in my diet, I'm all toasty warm again!
