greetings! I made this up for convience when I go to the gym. typically I
exercise, then sit in the sauna[heaven] for 20 min. I have 2 water bottles. one
is a liter with 1/2 tsp him. salt for general hydration. the other is like 10
oz. I put 1/2 tsp him. salt, 3 TBS of lime water and 1 emergency C packet. top
off with distilled water. this combo is tasty and gives me an up instead of
usually feeling wiped out[ too many acids being released, I now know] I feel
energized.The cold shower post sauna is helpful too.I have less muscle
soreness.. and my pH is stable after exercising now. just thought I'd share
that.. thanks moreless for your uncompromised stand...
