I do not know were to start, exactly, but I want to first thank-you for this
Great forum and all that you are doing to help many people you do not even know
about. I have followed your ideas for a long time, but never posted before, but
finally decided I needed to share some of the Improvements I and many others
have been getting from following some of your simple ideas. I have witnessed
some of the infighting which goes on in curezone and do not like it.

So, I decided it was time to put in my two cents worth, by sharing some of my
Positive Results I and many others I have shared with, have gained from your
Free ideas.

I was reminded recently how much your ideas have helped me and my family when my
parents became sick and I had to go and take care of my parents for several
months. My husband and children were kind enough to let me spend time trying to
help my parents thru some Health problems. During this time I met some of my
childhood friends who I had grown up with, and was shocked that "ALL" of them
had arthritis and "ALL" kinds of aches and Pains and Diabetes and one of my
girlfriends had just had a joint replacement, because it had worn out and the
list goes on.

I had much time to consider how I and my Family had been doing and the foods we
had choosen to eat and make changes in our eating habits and now I could really
see the difference it was making. I just have gotten back home to a computer
again, for my parents did not have one.

I have been following your ideas about eating and use the Alkalizing drink and
epsom salt and kelp and lime water and other ideas since you first started
sharing and my family and I have not had all the problems that others have.

I have lost weight , I can sleep better at nite, my children are calmer and not
Hyper like many children and my husband is nicer to me! And as long as I
remember to take my extra Lime water and kelp with the Alkalizing drink then I
am nicer, also.

I cannot say enough good things about how much your ideas have helped us.

When I went to take care of my parents, my baby sister, she weighs about 3 times
as much as me(Fat) I would say by a lot, and we are about the same height, and
she has Diabetes and aches and pains and all kinds of other problems and her
kids are Fat, while mine are not fat.

Since we have followed your advice my family has not had allergies like all of
our friends have and I have tried sharing these ideas with many others, but many
times people do not want to get better I have found and have learned it is just
better to let them suffer, if they do not want to listen.

My mother could not walk, because her feet were swollen up so much, but was
willing to let me help her soak her feet in the foot soak you suggested and it
took the swelling out of her feet and she then was able to walk again !
And I would have to say that she was not as cranky after her feet became better,
also!

I guess it has been a wake up call for me after comming back from being gone for
several months trying to help my parents, after seeing what so many others who I
had not seen for several years, as how Bad of health most of them were in.

My family has tried to eat healthy for the most part, but when I came across
your ideas, they just made good common sense , as I used to go visit my
grandfather in the country when I was little and they lived a simple life close
to nature, so these ideas were not that different from what my grandparents did.
And I was lucky to end up living in the country, but my sister took up city life
when we each married.

I have shared the info you so kindly have been sharing for Free, with many other
people and a few have listened and themself have then gotten Great Results and I
have many other Testimonials to share if I can take the time to do so?

Don't stop sharing, as many people are being helped!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope my two cents worth will help others try your simple health ideas.
