I've been mixing the alkalazing drink in a one gallon jug every morning and
drinking it throughout the day. Then I wondered whether I should mix it just
before I drink it. Will it lose potency by letting it sit around?

BTW, I've noticed several other rewards of alkalizing with the PH protocol. My
normally brittle nails are coming in strong! My gums no longer bleed when I
floss! I sleep like a baby (used to pace the floors at night)--sleep when I am
tired and fully awake at 5 AM!!!

My very dry skin is improving daily since taking the Kelp in the drink. A lady
at the health food store asked me what skin program I was using because my skin
looked so healthy... and I wasn't even wearing make up!!!

I read everything you all post. Thank you for helping me get well. Of all the
health related stuff I've learned, this has made the most noticeable
improvement. I feel like this was my missing link.

I had a busy day yesterday and left the house without bringing my drink. Things
got complicated and I didn't get home until 4PM. Thinking it was too late to mix
the drink, I did without for the rest of the day. By dinner time I was craving
all the wrong foods, searching in the refrigerator for sweets. By sheer
self-control I didn't eat anything that would make me acid, but it was a fierce
battle with my will... something I could not do for long. With the drink, I am
not abnormally hungry... nor do I crave unhealthy foods.

First thing I did this morning was fix my usual gallon of will power...
