Last week I cut off the end of my thumb. To stop the bleeding
I covered it in straight pickling lime which congealed
quickly. It went very hard and I had a large lump of
'limestone' on the end of my thumb. After a few days I
alternativly soaked it in olive oil and h2O2 to dissolve the
rock and it has started to heal up nicely. The amazing thing
is it has not been sore at all. From past experience when
badly cutting my finger it takes about 1/2 an hour before it
begins to sting and throb and remains very tender for a week
or so. With this there was no sting, throb or tenderness and
the hard rock coating let me shower without covering it and go
about my life as normal.

Moreless can you tell me how the CH stopped the pain. Does the
calcium protect the nerve endings?

Yes, the Calcium may protect the nerve endings, as the nerve
endings may only Cause you Pain when they are too Acidic !

And as the Calcium Hydroxide is Alkaline, this "STOPS" the
nerve endings from becomming Acidic !

And by using the oils to help soften the area, these oils may
provide some other Alkaline Minerals which are stored in them
and aide in the healing process !

I have been following moreless' protocols to the letter for
about four months and I am thriving.

There are three if us in my family who are all doing it and
all of us are experience positive results.

I went on a typical path to get to the truth being taught by
moreless. I have been bothered for the last 15 years by all

caffeine. About six months later my symptoms came back, not as
full blown as before I had no information and no more money to
go back to the naturopath.

Finally after some prayer about my health, I found moreless'
posts on the candida forum. I am beginning to understand how
God allows you to discern his truth. When I began to read the
information that moreless was posting, I just knew it was the
truth. Also I can be very inquisitive and detail-oriented when
it comes to information and to me when approaching his
information with an open-mind and a heart for change it all
make alot of logical sense.

Anyways four months into the regimine, I am 98% percent
symptom free. My weight and skin have not looked and felt this
good since high school (I'm 35 now.). My mother and sister are
also experience much improved health, implementing the
recommendations on this forum for about two or three months.

It is amazing how your life can be when you recognize God's
plan for everything and begin acting in accordance with his
plan.

I changed my diet to include at least 80% akalyzing foods.
This means mainly raw fresh fruits and vegetables with an
emphasis on green leafy vegetables. I also started buying all
my food from local farmer's markets. 20% of my diet are whole
grains, things like Sprouted Ezekial Bread, Pitas, and an
occasionaly vegan cookie made from spelt flour. I refrain from
eating any protein or grain at least 4 hours before sleeping.
I am not eating meat and am eating very little cooked food.

I drink the BSM/Lemon juice drink with a generous helping of
Pickling Lime water (2-3 tablespoons) anywhere from three to 5
times a day.

I take a pinch of epsom salt with my meals.

I also am drinking a broth made out of kale, outer cabbage
leaves, green chard, collard greens, and ginger. I spice it
with a couple dashes of cayenne pepper and take a tablespoon
or more of kelp. I drink this a couple time a day.

I take alkalizing showers which means I take a hot shower and
finish it up with a cold shower and spritz with a 5:1 diluted
Apple Cider Vinegar spray before and after (this will make
your skin very soft).

I am also oil pulling (swishing organic sesame seed oil in my
mouth for 10-20 minutes) in the morning.

A couple times a day, I take 5 minutes to do some deep
breathing to increase my oxygen intake. I usually breath in
for four seconds, hold for twelve seconds and exhale for eight
seconds.

As far as the emotional and spiritual aspect of my healing. I
am reading the bible everyday. Spending alot of time with my
mind focused on God and find things everyday to be grateful
for. Focusing on God and the principles behind his creation
has made it very easy for me to discern between all the
information posted on cure zone. I can tell you that
everything that moreless suggests rings very true to me.

I just want to offer these little pieces of advice:

Remember your state of health now and as you get better which
you will if you follow the recommendations on this forum, be
grateful for every increment of improvement. Keep a journal if
you have to and apply percentage improvements to each one of
your symptoms. This will help you stay the course and not take
each level of improvement for granted.

Keep focused on the big picture and don't let little setbacks
discourage you. In my experience the methods on this forum
improve your health quite quickly but you will be shocked at
how your nature may desire something that is instantaneous.
Just remember it took you a long time to get as sick as you
are. You will heal in a much shorter time but have patience
along the way.

Wow this is very long and all this information and more can be
found in this forum.

You can get better, if you choose to do the things that will
improve your health.

Funny things I notice about being healthier!
This may seem totally off the wall but I was looking in the
mirror the other day. Tilting my head slightly forward to
check out my nose hairs (gross I know), I noticed something
very different. When I looked up my nose I could see for miles
and miles. Also the skin on the inside was totally visible and
I could see my network of nose hairs and skin and that was it!

What struck me was how clogged, swollen, and disgusting the
inside of my nose was before I started taking care of my
bodyPH. Before when I would do the same thing I couldn't see
anything but the crusted mucus that was blocking the entrance
of my nostrils. How did I even breathe before?

Same thing goes for my throat. It just seems that the pathways
that go in and out of my body are clear and healthy. I'll save
you from the descriptions of the other pathways (to be honest
I haven't really checked). I'm not sure why I'm so surprised,
the rest of my skin looks 10 times better. It just struck me
as something that I should share.

Well I guess I should heap more thanks upon moreless and
invincible who are such wonderful instruments of God's

grzbear - Running circles around people half my age + no
longer considering bi-lateral knee replacement or wheel chair!
I have gotten comfortable enough with the alkalizing drink to
start playing with the mix a little. I have increased the kelp
from two rounded teaspoons a day to three rounded teaspoons a
day and it seems to be making a very noticeable difference.

I have even more energy (if that is possible), have even less
pain, am even more mobile, and have, just this morning
increased my exercise weight routine by a whopping 5% just a
few days (5 I believe) after increasing the kelp dose. Not
only that, I just finished a full morning of moving computer
and data equipment on two floors in a high rise and am still
running on full.

At almost 51, I would have been most pleased to just maintain
a weight and aerobic work out routine, maybe even making a
backward concession here and there as time went on. I am
ecstatic and walking on air right now, that I am seeing not
only results in physical progress, but physical appearance as
well. The wife stated my arms are getting huge and my waist
smaller; those comments do a husband good...

I thought these days were long gone. I am literally running
circles around people half my age. I cannot even believe where
I was health wise just two years ago ...
...... That said, I am well into my second year of trying to
cure my ills and STILL experiencing improvement. At times I
get impatient and really push the envelope... when I do this I
get run down and have healing reactions that are border line
tolerable.

In addition, it is important to note that for a while, the
momentum towards illness is maintained whether or not we are
on a healing course until the body recognizes and responds to
the corrective action. It may take some bodies longer to
recognize and respond than others in part due to how congested
the body may be.

I figure at the rate I am going, in another year or 2 I should
be ALMOST completely healed... God willing. I already feel and
move better than I have in over 15 years.

I took a conditioning class Monday (given by a college sports
program medical director) that left everyone from 13 to 45 so
sore they could hardly move; my wife could not sit down, stand
up, or walk without groaning... I am 50 and got up the next
day and did my full workout no problem. My wife was in a state
of shock when she saw me. There is absolutely NO WAY I could
have done this even 2 - 3 months ago with my knees.

To put things in perspective for you, I was considering
bi-lateral knee replacement or a wheel chair long about March
2005.

It takes time, be patient and stay the course.

Why yes it did occur to me (you should know me by now :-)...
and as I am somewhat of a self experimenter, AND looking for
anything that may help me to move forward I chose to take
extra iodine in the form of Lugol's. Knowing what you have
posted on this forum, and other forums before this one
existed, I self experimented again; two weeks ago I stopped
taking the alkalizing drink on purpose to see what would
happen...

if you read my posts on the iodine forum, you will find that I
had a strong "detox" reaction about 5 days into going without
the alkaline drink. NOTE that I did not post that I had
discontinued the alkalizing drink in my post, due in part to a
huge desire to avoid confrontation.

What did I do? Started doing the alkalizing drink again :-)

Yes I am taking extra iodine in the form of Lugol's, no I will
not do so without the alkaline minerals in the drink ever
again. In fact I have cut back dosage a few times and may do
so again at the end of this month. I have seemed to have a
nice response to the extra iodine, albeit, along with the
extra alkalizing minerals.

This is the third time I have discontinued the alkalizing
drink (on purpose to gauge response) and each time I did, I
was reminded why I keep taking it. Each and every time I
stopped taking it, my progress forward slowed markedly within
a week. My progress slowed, but I seemed to maintain my
position, due in part I believe to everything else I do, like
NOT eating those foods that cause me to be too acidic, or feel
yucky to begin with; that food is only on special occasions
:-).

Everyone on these forums that reads my posts, know that I work
real hard to do everything I can to live life, at some point I
was hoping without the help of the alkalizing drink. But you
know, I do not think it is possible in this world without
total\full control over our OWN food sources... even then?

Bottom line is that the alkalizing drink is missed when it is
taken out of my daily routine.

Halcyondays - Candida/Skin Issues/Knees healed + More!
Five months ago, I started reading the posts on the
Acid/Alkaline forum along with my wife. We were both
experiencing some health problems and showing many signs that
we took to be Candida linked. I found that Moreless' postings
really resonated with me and began to print as many as I could
and then started compiling them in a notebook. Invincible's
"Alkalising My Way..." blog was a wonderful help, full of
useful information.
It took me about two months to finally wean myself off refined
foods altogether, during which time whenever I ate chocolate,
It didn't make me feel good, but for some reason I wanted to
keep eating it. But the more I read on the forum and the blog,
the more I began to be convinced that any refined food of any
sort that I was putting into my body was causing me to always
feel lethargic, slow, foggy minded, grouchy and sometimes
aggressive and negative.

For the past three months I have been following all of
Moreless' protocol. I have been practicing Yoga several hours
a week and working on breathing. Also have been doing
affirmations (from Louise L. Hay's "Heal Your Body")
regularly. And day dreaming about Biodynamic farming.

I have worked very hard at changing my lifestyle and have
found the last three months have been the most amazing time.
My wife and I feel like someone (Moreless) just turned on the
switch and everything has become illuminated. We have had the
most enlightening of times and everyday we say how fortunate
we have been to have got ill in the first place to then have
found a better way of life. Everything is becoming more and
more achievable and I am so enthused by what I'm learning. I
feel empowered by my knowledge and understanding of my body
and of how we are designed to live according to natural laws.
I have spent too much time being distracted by and following
man-made schemes leading to sickness and dis-ease.

In the last three months, my bad knee has completely gone
away. Other rashes and dry skin conditions have gone. No more
bad lower back pains from years spent hunched over a chopping
board and best of all- no more foggy head and shivers. I have
also been releasing some strange white tissue looking nasties
in my bowel movements. I am improving my inner terrain and as
a result my whole being is functioning in a much better,
balanced, harmonious, joyous and loving manner. And I am
continually blessed at being able to share all of these truths
with my wife, who posts on this forum under the alias
Equilibrium.

InfiniteLove - My dry Mouth has been Relieved
With the addition of more fats into my diet thru 1TBS of flax
oil daily, my dry mouth has completely subsided! I can't thank
you enough, dear heart! I've labored with this for nearly 2

Invincible - 4 year old's Constipation Cured!
OK, my best friend is staying with me with her 4.5 year old
daughter.

They've been here a week. L has only been having 1 bowel
movement every 2-3 days. And in the last 3 years, had to go to
hospital twice for pain issues that the doctor took x-rays of
and could only find the cause as being constipation!!

Within a day of eating an semi-alkalizing diet and taking 3
grains of ES with the main meal, 4 year old L is having 2 big
BMS a day!!

L had only been drinking 1 small glass of water each day ..
she is on 4 glasses now, plus eating 2-3 fruits, veggies and
much less protein.

Also, we added probiotic supplement once a day.

Her old diet was McDonalds chicken nuggets, lots of meat, a
few fruit, hardly any veggies and drinking black tea along
with loads of sugary sodas!!

Simple changes were made (not even the alkalizing drink as she
just couldn't stomach it) but that was enough to allow her
digestive system to start working again.

Invincible - Alkalizing Helps Stress!
This last week has been really stressful because of family
matters.

This has been the first time in many years I have come down
with some sort of viral infection. the first couple of days I
was so caught up in the stress ("poor me" syndrome) that I
really did nothing to help myself. My body ached and my nose
was running, my skin broke out in spots and I had sinus
problems.

Then I tested my pH and it had gone down a full point! and
that is without even changing my diet or the amount of normal
alkalizing I do. This shows how much stress can effect pH.

So, this is what I did to turn it around:

1. First of all, I realised I had done everything I could
physically do to help the family situation. So, with the
advice from my dear friend, Rick, I surrendered to
Spirit/higher self (God) and just asked that what needs to be
known is revealed to me.

2. One of the first messages I received from spirit was via a
14 year old boy who I had never met before. He came with a
message that has changed the whole situation around. His
advice was spot on. This taught me many things - we must
always be open to guidance, it doesn't matter about
qualifications or superficial knowledge - that the truth can
speak through anyone if we are open to hear it. I thank spirit
for sending Jack with advice for me.
3. The next message was to eat as little as possible. that
made complete sense as when one is stressed the body is trying
to deal so hard with it that there really is no energy left
for digestion. so I cut my eating to a small lunch each day
only.

4. 4th message was to take the alkalizing drinks all day long
- and up the pickling lime water. so, for the past 2 days, I
have been taking 5-6 glasses of the alkalizing drink and in
the drink I have added around 4-5oz of pickling lime water and
taken around 3-4 teaspoons of kelp each time. This was
amazing. After the 1st alkalizing drink with those doses, my
neck clicked into place, 2nd alkalizing drink my sinus
drained, thereafter, each high dose alkalizing drink just made
me feel better and better!

5. 5th message was to take 50mg of Niacin (B3) in between each
alkalizing drink and during footbaths and baths - it really
helped me sweat out some toxins. I also used the rebounder for
a couple of minutes with each niacin flush.

I guess the point i am making is not to be afraid of upping
the doses, I really feel the high level of pickling lime water
and kelp has saved me from another couple of weeks worth of
illness (acidity) - the others around me who I know have this
virus have been debilitated for several weeks and are still
floundering.

I am grateful to Moreless for his teachings! It's amazing how
a simple alkalizing protocol can turn illness around so
quickly.

'Arthritis and Eczema testimonial'
I met an elderly lady around a month ago when dog walking. She
was complaining about some arthritic aches and pains along
with eczema on her legs. She was also saying how she was
feeling the cold so much and was concerned she would not be
able to walk her dog in the future.
Her elderly dog was also having arthritic problems.
We had quite a long chat! (She does not have the internet) I
explained about alkalizing ... and I find this most often in
elderly people, that they are aware of the truth but have
forgotten it because of programming.
She deeply resonated with doing the alkalizing drink (I gave
her a gallon bottle of pickling lime water and some kelp to
get her started)
Since she was eating a lot of imported exotic fruits (papaya,
mango and pineapple) I explained about the need to eat
seasonal foods only and to start buying her food only from
local farmers markets.
I also gave her instructions about no protein at night and
taking a pinch of ES with each meal.
I also told her to give her dog a pinch of kelp, some ACV and
rub his skin down each day with diluted ACV... and some BSM if
he wanted it. And to add a raw egg with the shell (for
calcium) each day to his food.
I hadn't seen her for a month until this morning. But she
looked loads better! Her cheeks had colour in them, whereas
they were very pale and sallow before. She told me her
arthritic aches and pains were 40% reduced (and she wasn't
even doing the baths) and her eczema was 90% healed! Her dog
was 50% better too!
She said her body temperature was more regulated (must be the
kelp and seasonal high sodium foods like cabbage, broccoli,
brussel sprouts) she'd been eating.

Invincible - Lacking in Pain after Strenuous Exercise
I started a new Ashtanga Yoga class with an advanced teacher
on Thursday night.

It was so strenuous that within 10 minutes my whole body was
sweating heavily!!! (and I am one of those people that rarely
sweat even when rebounding for 30 minutes).

Because this teacher got me to work certain muscles that had
been dormant for a couple of years (haven't done this type of
work since my last yoga teacher moved away), I was expecting a
lot of aches the following couple of days.

Nothing. No pain!

I DO believe that the alkalizing drink and alkalizing H202
showers neutralised whatever pain would have taken place
normally.

This is a first, as I have started and stopped many types of
strenuous classes in the past and each time, on starting, I

Last month, 3 of my worst toe nails (2 of them are the
brown/black pinkies) started to peel off .. eventually, they
fell off .. and now they are almost re-grown. The 2 pinkies
are white!!!!!!!! The other nail is growing back straight and
strong!!!!!!!!
I am guessing this is the calcium (perhaps Moreless can
confirm)
I find it no difficulty at all to take even more than 6
tablespooons of the pickling lime water in my alkalizing
drinks.
I am also thinking that if this whole protocol helps nails, it
must help hair? Samantha, if you're reading, then you can look
forward to some re-growth!

As to the question about what may be needed for the nails and
Bones to grow Good :

Calcium of the Phosphate form must be available for to
accomplish this properly !

As to Hair Regrowth, this has the need of the Sulfates of
protein , which may mean that the Epsom Salt may Help in this
regard , along with all the rest of the Alkalizing drink !

JohnnySmith - Awesome Recovery from Flu!
I have been practicing alkaline acid balancing and consuming
the moreless drink 2-3 times a day for the past 3 months.
Recently, I caught a nasty flu/cold bug that had been making
its rounds. Normally, when this happens, I often end up
suffering for 3-4 weeks and end up with a chronic hacking
cough that lasts 6 months to 1 year after I recover.

Much to my surpise, this time around 100% full recovery within
a week. That is a first in so many years and quite amazing.

Did the previous liver cleanses(10 in total)but which I have
not done in 3 months contribute to this?? - perhaps in some
small way, if they decongested my liver and improved my body's
overall functioning despite the alkalizing mineral deficiency
they also caused.

Could castor oil packs combined with accupunture contributed
to this speedy recovery?? Again, possibly in small way,
especially if they greatly strengthened my overall weak immune
system.

Could alkalizing my system and increasing my alkaline mineral
reserve contributed to the super recovery. I am convinced that
it did.

Could the combination of the above worked together to speed up
recovery?? I very much think so.

My point: Acid/Alkalizing principles do not mean an
abandonment of other therapies. In my case it is an important
piece of what seems to be working for me.

I have had great success with the drink and the hydrogen
peroxide baths. I can feel the energy being created in my
body, it reminds me of when I first started receiving
acupunture treatments. I know that my health improved several
levels. I feel as if the hydrogen peroxide baths have somehow
jump-started my lungs to breathe better, I can feel myself
breathing deeper. So thank you so much for the info, I am
believer of your protocol.
.... I forgot to mention in my last post that after I started
taking kelp, my hair stopped falling out. Within two weeks of
starting the drink - I was probably losing less than 1/10 of
the hair that I was losing prior to the drink. It was a very
dramatic difference.

this was obviously a missing link for you.
I agree, I also think that the big part of the problem was
absorption of the minerals. Now it seems obvious to me that
this was a big piece of the puzzle, but I used to think that I
was getting my minerals from my food and even supplements. I
went two years with almost as perfect diet as I could - even
about 98% organic (no sugar, no flour, no cheating) but I
still had the fatigue. The drink is obviously helping me with
the absorption problem.
Someone else asked: "do you think the drink is having an
effect on hormones, specifically stress related hormones, like
cortisone, epinephrine, and sterodial hormones like estrogen,
prolactin, DHT, androstenedione and testosterone?"
The only reason why I am not positive that the drink is having
an affect on hormones is because in January, a few weeks
before I started the drink, I did 7 consecutive mini-liver
flushes. After the Liver Flushes I could feel that something
was different, but I did not have more energy, quite the
opposite I felt completely "depleted". So even though I know I
am doing better hormonally, I cannot say for sure whether it
was the liver flush or the drink or the combination of both.
In contrast, I know that my increase in energy did not start
until I started the drink and then improved even more with the
detox bath. I am also pretty sure that the kelp is what
stopped my hair loss. I know I am doing better hormonally
because last night my husband I and were trying to deal with a
problem we are having with someone else. I noticed that he was
the one worried making himself sick and I was the one being
calm saying "worrying and making yourself sick is not going to
help the problem" well this is a complete role reversal
because I usually worry too much.

Progress Report - Good News :-)
Yes, there is *much* improvement. While not back to normal, I
*am* in considerably less pain- I'd say the pain level is 40%
less than what it was before I started the footbaths. *That*
is a wonderful thing..

I am doing the footbaths every day. The very first time my
feet hit the cold water I went "YEEOW!" because it was so
cold, but less than a minute later I almost fell asleep in it!
Is that wild or what?

I started (and am continuing) the footbaths with the recipe
you recommended- 4 TBSP ES, 2 TBSP Baking Soda, 1 pint 3%
H2O2, hot first, then iced cold, then hot, then cold again for
30+ min total soaking time.

Swelling is decreased and systemic pain is lessened. My energy
level is better, and I actually have some grip strength in my
hands now YAY :-). Can't use a can-opener yet, though. A
friend opens my tuna, lol.

Left knee is still giving me a fit, as is the arch of my right
foot.. Although I can now bend the knee much better, what I
thought was water across the top of it (IOW just North of the
kneecap) has taken on more of the characteristic of a
hardened, contracted muscle [or some other wierd thing]. Can
acidity retreat to a centralized location and contract the
muscle there? I am betting it can..

A lot of the burning has backed off, Thank God..

Agility and 'speed of movement' are returning to my hands. I
can now feel how much contraction my larger muscles have been
held in (some of them still are), and it is lessening- Almost
every day I feel a difference. I have more 'flex' than I did a
day or so before. I can now stand long enough to make dinner,
as long as I have a chair in the kitchen to sit down now and
then. I have more energy to do more things.

Continuing with the BSM drink every day + 1 TBSP of Kelp mixed
w/BSM per day. I have dropped the honey from the drink after
your last post to me ref pesticides.

lula183 - Can't remember the last time I felt this good!
Let's see, I'm into week 2 now of the alkalizing drink and I
sure as heck can't remember the last time I felt this good. I
was cleaning the house like a maniac two days in a row and
still felt great and was in a particularly pleasant mood this
past week.
My husband told me yesterday that my voice is getting stronger
and I'm noticing I'm more outgoing and not nearly as shy.
Those are a few things I was not expecting to happen.
Oh, and I've seen a slight change for the better with my feet.
The thick calluses are kind of peeling around the edges in a
thin layer and new normal skin is underneath. They've got a
long way to go but nothing I've ever done in 21 years has ever
helped that issue.
