Optimum - "PMS Migraines No More!"
I've been oil pulling and alkalizing for awhile. My PMS
symptoms did improve, however, I still had the migraine issue.
The migraines weren't as bad as before (I used to have to sit
in the dark), but still a problem.
Last month, it finally clicked that my PMS issues were a
result of my body needing more minerals to prepare for my
menstrual. I kept a daily diary last month starting with the
day it arrived until the beginning of the next cycle (today).
I noticed when I was craving beef, my body wanted more iron.
So, I consumed a bit more BSM (Blackstrap Molasses) & ate some
good quality beef. When I wanted something salty, I added more
sea salt (Kelp may be a better form of natural sodium) to my
diet (I felt very warm and didn't experience the "chills").
When I started feeling constipated (always happens the week
before), I added more magnesium to my diet. Well, I remember
reading that migraines were also a symptom of being deficient
in magnesium. I increased the magnesium a bit more.
Well, my cycle began today, and I realized that I didn't have
the migraine this month.
