The part of the protocols I am using are the moreless alkalizing drink, the 3%
H2O2 foot bath and the H2O2 or ACV spraying before and after showers.

I take the drink 3 to 4 times a day for about 5 days a week with a lot of lime
water (10 TBSP). I feel that given years of acidosis I really needed the
calcium. The foot baths and spraying, I do occasionally.

I wished I learned about the alkalizing drink earlier, it would have saved me a
lot of money just in supplements.

I also have a better understanding on many things like the importance of the
sodium/potassium ratio and water retention. Better understanding of quality
food.

Gee was I ignorant about human physiology.

I must say that the moreless alkalizing drink is the best thing that happened to
me for a long run. I had gout, knee problems, and all kind of inflammatory
problems on articulations for quite sometime. You may find more from older posts
of mine by searching for gout. Winters were not the best for me. Not because of
the cold weather, I don't mind that, but because of sidewalks with snow, pretty
hard on knees. Now thing are much better. Not perfect though. I don't expect
years of acidosis to be fixed overnight.

As for my question “why the bible?”, I had put that in the context of the wish
of having a book by moreless and the answer from #53126 about the socratic
method and the comment “The greatest teacher ever, Jesus, used similar ones!”.
My point was that, yet we have a book, the bible (granted it was not written by
Jesus). That is all there was to my question.
