I wanted to wait a while before I reported on this, but for the past few years,
I have had to use light therapy between end of September till early March or I
got the winter blues. If I didn't start in Sept, then I would hit a low around
the beginning of November.

I have not used my light therapy machine this season at all - and I feel great.

I honestly believe the high calcium intake (pickling lime water) plus taking
daily either sardines, salmon or cod liver oil has changed this.

So, for those who suffer from winter blues, I highly recommend the above!
