Hi everyone, I have been juicing(organic), hot tea, water during the morning/afternoon while at work, and then I eat one meal in the evening. I have had great results with this and find I have so much energy. I am down 6.8 lbs. and my body is starting to reshape itself. So I am very pleased with this way of eating.
