I purchased a water ozonator, it does a good job i can smell the ozone in the water after ozonating a cup for 2 minutes.. I am new to raw foods, I eat 1/2 raw and 1/2 cooked..Got my juicer and was VERY excited to juice things like potatoes.. then I found they are TOXIC raw. I’ve always considered garlic good, i placed it on my acne as a teenager, i swallowed some to help clean GI, and i put it on bites, and i heard it was anti-cancer.
