It's not for me to comment, but you will miss that feeling when you hit your 40's (thin, strong, flexible), take my word for it. If your looking to gain weight (ie. gain muscle faster), I'd suggest eating twice a day...I don't know what time of day you work out, but eating in the AM, followed by a decent meal in the evening, will still give most of the benefits without feeling bloated from eating 3-4 times a day. It always comes down to planning.
