I get hypoglycemia and I have found that if I go run when I experience it, it goes away. I figured this out once when I was having a bout of it and wasn't going to be able to get food any time soon. I just naturally felt like if I ran, it would take care of the problem. I ran a short burst and it did. There is definitely something about exercise and killing hunger or that low blood Sugar level feeling which can causes a light-headed or dizzy feeling.
