How to turn off hunger when fasting

How to turn off hunger when fasting:

This involves taking advantage of your muscle's glycogen stores. All that is required is a set of heavy dumbbells.

When experiencing hunger pangs, grab your set of dumbbells and do a single set (8 repetitions) for each muscle group. The exercises to do this are the following:

- Squats (legs): 8 reps
- Push ups (chest): 8 reps
- Bent over rows (back): 8 reps
- Military press (shoulders): 4 reps
- Dumbbell curls (arms): 4 reps

This takes about 2 minutes and appears to curb hunger for about 20-30 minutes. You can repeat this multiple times a day.

Good luck!
