Here's my answer. 5 lbs, course 3 of it would be water loss. Why not stay on it? Throw in some sunflower seeds, almonds, watermelon, cantaloupe and bananas during the day and some more veggies at the evening meal, and you'll lose up to 50 lbs during the next year - if that's what you want or need.
