That's great. You mean that you lost 8-10 in the first week, nothing in the second, and then again around 7 pounds in the third week?
I have tried warrior diet two or three times before. Every time I lost so much in the first week, usually nothing in the second (1 pound up or down). So I thought that my body just gets used to this type of eating. And since I am not actually reducing my calorie intake, then I will not lose anymore. And I gave up after second week.
Did you do anything special that you started losing again? Did you amp up your exercise? Or it just happened? Any suggestions would be great.
