After 2 weeks...


Hey all, so I have been on the diet for two weeks now. The first week I dropped about 8-10 lbs. The second week my weight stayed the same. However, my strength has increased, and I have been able to bench much more weight and have more stamina in the weight room than I did too weeks ago.
