Day 5: Lost 3 lbs but I'd say mostly water loss from lack of salt and the body just let it all go.
Feel weak'ish but light thru the day and get full very quickly by eating modestly in the evening. Typical meal:
1) Pattie of buffalo meat, ear of corn, small salad.
2) Salmon, small salad, portion of mashed potatoes.
Look forward to the WD book so I can see what am doing right and wrong.
