Day 18...and down 8 lbs, I'd say 3-4 of it from water loss and say 4-5 lbs of fat. So about a lb or 1.5 lb per week which is healthy.
20 more lbs to go.
Have read the book now and can answer my first 2 questions:
1) is a salad with fresh veg's ok?
This is definitely ok.
2) are nuts, seeds ok during the day?
definitely ok but you don't want to eat too much of these, more veg's and fruits and fresh juices.
Sometimes I've cheated and started eating at 3:30 or 4 pm but that's ok...I get full fast and then good for the day. Might have some yogurt or nuts around 7pm.
Most of the weak feeling has gone away and I still have the 'light' feeling throughout the day. I like this light feeling! This must be what most people call the 'high energy' feeling.
I intend to stay on this way of eating for a long time. Is anyone else doing the Warrior Diet on here? (just curious...I can see already it works and that one could stay with this Warrior way indefinitely, unlike most other 'diets'.)
