Hey guys, I've been on the warrior diet for the past 2 weeks or so and so far its been great but there are some things I am still not too sure about. I've read the book and researched on websites and i still can't really figure out WHEN i should be eating with my type of schedule. I generally have an awkward schedule. I usually don't goto bed till 2-4AM in the morning, wake up around noon and then have a set time to have dinner at 7pm with the family. Now I don't eat at all when I wake up till around 7pm, I give myself a 4 hour window to eat from 7pm-11pm and my big meal is always at 7pm, if I am still hungry I allow myself to eat a little but more up until 11pm where I stop eating period. Am i following the schedule and timing right for the warrior diet?
