Food, exercise & the fasting state?

Hi there, i've been practicing the warrior diet for 2 months now & im thinking about incorporating light snacks during the 'undereating' period as my energy levels can get low meaning i can't exercise as well (i exercise towards the end of the undereating period)

I do also find at certain times that exercising in the fasted state is much much better than having a pre workout meal

So what im trying to find is a balance of fasting/light snacking that doesn't take me out of the fasted state but allows me enough energy to exercise efficiently

I just got myself a juicer so im thinking vegetable juices to give a burst of energy right before a workout, which brings me to which juices would be best for that situation?
And whether it would be best to have the juice immediately before exercise, or a few hours before?

Thanks for any help, all in all this is a great lifestyle of eating, but i do think longterm some snacking or at least juicing will be needed during the undereating phase so as not to have a negative deficit of calories, so far i've been Water Fasting for 20 hours a day & dont see that working longterm
