Re: Anyone still doing the Warrior diet? If so where are you at? Is there another forum for warrior dieters?

Alright I am going to respond to my own posting for those that might read this. In an earlier post I said I was using this 3 week period of fasting to also kick start my warrior diet.
I actually started on the 2nd of January doing a 5 day high fat, low calorie fat loss deal that is short term and produced incredible results in November when I did it for the 1st time. I did 2 cycles of it then and went from 199 to 193 in 2 weeks. It was almost entirely fat loss. Usually since I only eat 1,000 calories from fat per day on that 'program' (it is definitley for short term use only) I tend to eat almost all the calories at night. (mainly from cream, egg yolks and some butter
I weighed 195.5 on the morning of Jan 2nd.
So anyway, on the evening of the second my wife talked about doing the 21 day fast. I told her I would do it along with her. I continued doing the high fat low cal plan through Sunday. Monday I went ahead and ate carbs again along with the unlimited calories I just ate between 6-10pm. Tuesday morning I checked my weight and I was 192.4
I continued with the fast/warrior diet but I did not eat in the order Ori suggests. I was not eating salad etc. By Thursday morning my weight was back up to 195 and I was experiencing constipation, in fact there was nothing happening until Friday and even then nothing substantial. Saturday I finally was able to get some relief and today Sunday 01/11/09 things seem to be back to normal.
One thing I did do Saturday differently was because I am not eating anything at all during the day, at 6pm I ate a banana, an apple and a handful of strwberries then after about 30 min. ate my main meal. I was 191.1 this morning when I weighed. I feel great and I think I just needed to give my body some time to adapt. We are on our fast through 01/23/09 so my body should be pretty well adjusted for the most part by then.
A couple little side notes, I am fairly active (outside of my day job) I do brazilian jiujitsu 4 times a week, yoga at least once a week and I mix in a kettlebell workout that is geared toward rehabing my shoulder twice a week.
Saturday afternoon I had such a store of energy that I did probably a total of 40 pull ups throughout the afternoon (5 everytime I passed by the pull-up bar)plus several hindu pushups and handstand holds.
That evening before dinner I decided to do a couple sets of my kettlebell workout (circuit style) I ended up doing three full circuits with only 30sec rest in between each one. Then to top it off I decided to finish up with hindu squats and hindu pushups. Now the thing is I haven't done hindu squats in a while and usually when I do them out of the blue like that I may do 25-35 then my legs start burning and I do not want to push it because I know the soreness they can cause the next day. Well even after all the pull-ups and the 3 sets of the KB circuit (which included squats) I knocked out 50 with relative ease followed by some hindu pushups and bridging. The most suprising thing of all is my legs are not sore at all today.
So I apologize for the post being so long but I hope some one can benifit from my experience in some way. Also I found a guy online who is going through the warrior diet and trying to lose 100 pounds. He just started on Dec 31st 2008 and he is documenting everything so I am going to be following his progress as well. The url is:
http://warriordiet.muscleandbrawn.com

I hope to hear back from people who are doing/trying/still doing the warrior diet. Nothing helps people on thier journey more than knowing they are not alone on it.
