Re: Anyone still doing the Warrior diet? If so where are you at? Is there another forum for warrior dieters?

I started the Warrior Diet on Monday after flushing my liver Sunday night. I knew I had to do something when I hit 151lbs (and was extremely unhealthy). I weighed myself this morning and I am 145.6lbs. I absolutely love this diet and so does my body. I have to state that I am not eating fruits and veggies throughout the day. I am drinking water, lots of herbal tea, and lemon water during my wake hours of the 16-18hr fast. I break my fast at 4pm with raw veggies, have a small appetizer of olives, nuts, cheese and more veggies, then my meal. I eat between 4pm - 7pm. I have heavier meals the day before working out. I eat lighter the day I do workout. I am starting to run again after an injury. So, I am running 2.25 miles 3x this week (increasing the run .25 every week until I hit 3 then begin a different training program for my first race), do bodyweight exercises and lots of ab exercises.

The plan is to eventually transition to expand my eating time and definitely add lots of veggies and fruits (seasonal fruits)and greek yogurt to my diet.
