Thanks for the feedback. I couldn't agree more about the quantity vs. quality. As a society we consuming far to many calories and yet starving for nutrients.
I have discovered the same thing in regards to grains and fiber, they tend to have the opposite effect then what they are 'supposed' to have.
I think I will try to focus on fat/protein or at least flip flop between that and higher carb intake (fruits and veggies primarily) and see what results that gives me.
