The Alternate-Day-Calorie-Restriction Diet might be a good way to lose weight, but I'm skinny enough as it is. I need a Healing. I'm feeling the ADD and CR diet wouldn't serve me at this time....looking forward to one big meal each day, day-in and day-out, might establish Regularity (something I've never had), and keep me going. Eating healthy foods is a 'must'.
