I recommend, eat breakfast early in the morning, don't have snacks or drinks other than water between meals, and only have 2 or 3 meals a day. Only eat healthy food.
This is a part of a healthy lifestyle, along with all of the other things which make you healthy.

The times may be different for different people, depending on work or study hours. I have breakfast earlier than 8 am.
