I started to see some blood in stool on saturday, and it kept coming till this morning. The BM still counts 2 per day. 2 things might be the root cause, one is a cake I ate friday evening, the other is yogurt and VLS #3 I ate the morning of saturday. number of BM didn't change. I stopped eating yogurt and probiotics right after the symptoms, and continue to eat the steamed veggies and fry-boiled brown rice with celery, cucumber, squash, onion, carrot and mushroom.
